We are pleased to welcome you to our small family Bed & Breakfast, located on the shores of the Rimini sea just 2 km from the center. Once you arrive at our driveway, you will find plenty of free parking at your disposal. You can also use the free Wi-Fi during your stay.
Our rooms are simple and functional with air conditioning, LCD TV, and private facilities, some with a shower box and some with an open shower. Some rooms also have a balcony.
We await you in the breakfast room until 11: 00 am to offer you a hearty sweet and savory buffet breakfast. You can enjoy freshly baked croissants, homemade cakes, and much more. During the beautiful and hot summer days, you can enjoy breakfast in the garden under a cool pergola or in the air-conditioned room.
In the common areas, you will find a garden where tables under a pergola in the shade await you for moments of relaxation. And if you want to enjoy a delicious breakfast or simply spend some leisure time in pleasant company, our TV room is at your disposal. We are located in Rivabella, a district of Rimini, in a strategic location, just 2 km from Marina Centro, the historical center, and the train station.
At 1 km you can find the marina; at 4 km the Italia in Miniatura park, the Rimini Fair, and the new Palacongressi.
For a relaxing walk, you can find our promenade full of shops, bars, ice cream parlors, excellent restaurants, and an artisanal piadina shop.
Along the way, there are numerous playgrounds for children and even a mini water park with a pool and water slides.
Moreover, the Tourist Committee will organize free music shows, cabaret, animation, markets, and more for you almost every evening throughout the summer.

Very close to a nice beach. Not too far from Rimini station and easily accessible by public transport. Felt like a nice family-run business, no five star hotel, but a lovely accommodation nonetheless.

Das Bad war sehr klein und eng aber für 3 Nächte verkraftbar. Sonst sehr nette Betreiber, sehr sauber und günstig, gerne bald wieder.

È un B&B adatto per una sosta che costi poco. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimale, come anche l'ubicazione. Una sola puntualizzazione: le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata, ma occorre richiederla e pagarla a parte, cosa che francamente potrebbe essere evitata. Stessa cosa per la colazione che c'è, ma è un costo aggiuntivo. I proprietari sono persone gentili e disponibili. Nelle immediate vicinanze è sempre possibile trovare parcheggio per la propria autovettura.

La camera era un po’ datata e piccola. Il letto matrimoniale erano due lettini uniti, il bagno piccolissimo non tanto pulito. Non è stato possibile fare la doccia perché era inesistente e non c’era spazio, asciugamani troppi consumati e ruvidi e la finestra del bagno non si chiudeva. Colazione nella norma, mi aspettavo più cibo. Personale accogliente, disponibile e gentile.

Soluzione perfetta per una breve vacanza. Personale accogliente e molto disponibile. Colazione varia e deliziosa (soprattutto le brioches di cui sono golosa) e Il bagno è adeguato per una soluzione temporanea ma la doccia è il suo punto forte. Mai dare per scontato che un B&B abbia queste due qualita' perchè mia figlia, alloggiata in un'altra struttura, non aveva nè l'una nè l'altra! A due passi dal mare e in una posizione piacevole e facilmente raggiungibile. Da tenere in considerazione e consigliare.

Camera pulita e con una super doccia, colazione varia e sopratutto ricca di torte genuine senza prodotti preconfezionati da supermercato. Personale gentile che ti fa sentire a casa.
Sicuramente consiglierò ad altri questa struttura e se dovessi tornare in zona la sceglierei di nuovo.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend al mare. Siamo stati a nostro agio, come a casa, spiaggia vicinissima. Anche la colazione era ok. Le camere sono semplici ma pulite. Consigliato.
