Description

The Bed and Breakfast Villa dei Cigni Reali is located in Carpi (Mo), just 2 km from the historic city center and the highway exit.

The house stands out from the local farmhouse tradition due to its unique architectural and historical features, particularly its long wooden porch.

The villa has been completely renovated and is surrounded by a large park/garden, with green spaces, pedestrian paths, and the Lake of Royal Swans. The accommodations are located on the first floor of the house and overlook the private garden.

Each person staying at our B&B will have access to the Bathroom Linen Set, consisting of 3 towels and a courtesy set. Bathroom linen is changed every 2 days, while bed linen is changed every 4 days.

Each room is air-conditioned in the summer with an independent system and centrally heated in the winter.

The buffet breakfast is included in the price and is served in a room on the ground floor, with direct access from the garden from 7: 30 am to 10: 00 am, unless otherwise requested by the guest.

The ideal place for relaxing stays, both for tourism and business purposes.

TVs are available in all rooms, as well as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, with reserved parking in the courtyard area.

The property is in a very quiet and peaceful countryside area, surrounded by small lakes animated by swans and ducks. The owners are very kind, discreet but attentive presences. The room and bathroom are very clean and the daily cleaning service included in the price is definitely a plus... bed included!! I would gladly come back!!
