The property is surrounded by a park of approximately 10,000 square meters, where guests can enjoy spacious outdoor areas, a patio, a veranda, a sunbathing area, a garden, and a seasonal saltwater pool. The pool area features varying depths, designed for peaceful moments throughout the day in a well-maintained and pleasant environment. Adding to the garden's appeal is a pond with koi carp and water lilies.
The villa includes three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, and Wi-Fi access. Guests can also take advantage of shared indoor and outdoor spaces, including a dining room, a living room, and relaxation areas.
