Good structure, quiet. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful room with fan and air conditioning, terrace with a view of the splendid garden. Clean bathroom complete with everything (shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, etc., daily change of towels). Excellent breakfast consumed in the outdoor garden, in the shade of large trees while listening to a very pleasant background music. Beach affiliated 100 m from the structure with equally good service (sunbeds, umbrella, and lunch 'with your feet in the sand', excellent fish dishes). Bike rental in front of the b&b, friendly and helpful. From the structure, by bike, you can easily reach the center of Milano Marittima, the pine forest, and Cervia. I recommend it on all fronts!

We are happy to have discovered, by chance, a very welcoming and well-kept facility in every detail. Excellent value for money and great location close to the sea and the center of Milano Marittima. Particularly positive was the impact with the guesthouse managers, two very kind ladies who really made us feel at home, even though we stayed only one night. Recommended!

We stayed for three nights at the B&B Villa Arizona and we had a really good time. The place is beautiful with comfortable rooms and well-kept common areas. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden, it doesn't feel like being in a hotel but in a wonderful villa. Strategic location 1 minute from the sea and 5 minutes from the center. The owner Alessandra is very kind and attentive to all the needs of her guests. High-level breakfast! Can't wait to come back.
