Our structure was created with the concept of 'purè B & B. We offer the real HOSPITALITY 'FAMILY, our guest will stay as they were at home.
The area attracts mostly our guests staying for work reasons, so we have tried to adapt to their needs, meeting their demands.
For those who will have to stop over the classical week, do not hesitate to ask for custom quotes, we will do everything to meet your needs.
In the common meals can be purchased from outside (delicatessen, pizzeria, supermarket all very close to us with a radius of approximately 500Mt at most) using disposable left for guests (tablecloths, plates, glasses, cutlery etc.)

Mirandola is easily accessible by the Bologna-Verona railway line, by car via the A1 highway (Modena Nord exit) or the A22 (Reggiolo-Rolo exit).
It can be considered a good starting point to visit various cities such as Mantova, Ferrara, Bologna, Verona (all reachable in 40/60 minutes by highway).

The structure is very welcoming, the room and the sanitary facilities are clean. The location is truly strategic, very close to the town center, reachable on foot. The owner is very helpful and friendly.

Everything is okay, cleanliness and structure are good. I felt good about everything. As a cycling traveler, I especially appreciated the presence of the secure garage where I could store my bicycle with the bags, so it was really good. Unfortunately, unlike what is required by the bike-friendly bed and breakfasts recommended by FIAB on albergabici.it, there was no varied and nutritious breakfast, which is so convenient for cyclists who have to cover kilometers. So, it is a good bed and breakfast, but only halfway for cycling travelers.

Arrived at the bed and breakfast with clear and precise instructions, the owner of the establishment is exceptional in communication. \nUpon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke and I had to open the windows to get rid of it. \nThe shower in the room had very low pressure and sometimes the hot water didn't come through. \nFor having zero services, not even complimentary water in the room and in the common area in my personal opinion, the price should be lowered, 32 euros per person for a triple room seems excessive for the service received.

Abbiamo fatto l impossibile per arginare la maleducazione di chi ha soggiornato prima di voi, ma il fumatore è il cliente che più si teme, proprio perché difficilmente rispetta le regole. Non eravamo al corrente della problematica legata all’acqua calda; nessuno prima, ce l’ha evidenziata. Provvederemo a fare i dovuti controlli. Consigliamo di comunicare subito ai gestori le difficoltà riscontrate nel soggiorno, per permetterci di porvi rimedio; magari le cambiavamo la stanza ed avrebbe avuto un soggiorno migliore. I nostri colleghi, che hanno prezzi altamente superiori ai nostri, sicuramente offriranno l’acqua. I nostri prezzi al di sotto della media locale (e fermi a 3 anni fa), sono adeguati ai servizi offerti.

The B&B is very welcoming, clean, and gives the feeling of being at home. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious, as is the common living area equipped with a fridge, microwave, hot beverage dispenser.

As soon as you enter, the first sensation is that of being enveloped in an intoxicating perfume and sweet musical notes that cheer the heart and relax the mind. We were pampered as if we were at home. Unfortunately, the breakfast is not excellent as the owner really tries to do her best but it's still a B&B. Prices increased with the new year, I checked.

Excellent central location in the town. Kind and friendly managers. Family hospitality, the managers are very kind and helpful. Ideal structure for those staying for work. Breakfast is served a bit late from 08.00, but they gave me a quick self-service breakfast as a gift.
