Our accommodation is located on the ground floor, offering maximum comfort with no stairs or effort required for your luggage. We had a wonderful stay at the B&B and Michela was an excellent host. She showed us what to see and how to get there, and if you're wondering where to eat, ask her. For breakfast she prepared a warm, savoury dish that changed every morning. The room (the top floor) was clean and spacious and the bathroom was in good working condition. If we have to go to Bologna again, it's a place we'd return to.

Well-positioned structure, close to the courthouse and the historic center. Impeccable cleanliness and kind, cordial reception. The owner, at our request, allowed us to use the room before the scheduled time, anticipating the cleaning of the room: a particularly appreciated courtesy. The Terrace of Angels is a delightful place to stay in Bologna. It offers a quiet and harmonious space where you are welcomed with care and great availability. Beautiful Bed&Breakfast. Nice, clean room equipped with every comfort including snacks. Michela is an exceptional host, attentive to every guest's needs and very kind. She advised us where to eat and the right buses to get around in the heat of Bologna. On her own initiative, she wanted to store our backpacks to allow us one last tour before departure. Special mention to her breakfast. Highly recommended.

The double room is very spacious and equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, wall-mounted TV, and air conditioning. In short, every comfort. Adjacent but exclusive bathroom with hairdryer and courtesy set. Abundant breakfast served by the owner Michela who meets the customer's requests. The property has a large common terrace used for breakfast and is an added value, but it is suitable for those without mobility issues as there is a staircase to climb, being a historic building. I attended an event at the Teatro Duse. Excellent bed and breakfast just a few steps from the center. If you are driving, there is a paid parking lot a few meters away. It has a somewhat vintage flavor that makes it charming. The heating is excellent. Nice touches both in the room and in the bathroom, which I appreciated. The breakfast was very good. A big thank you for the welcome, availability, and kindness of Mrs. Michela who gave me a map of the city, advice, indicating routes. I had a great time.

Welcoming structure, different, a mix of French taste, baroque and vintage. A hostess, Michela, who just by being there instills peace and serenity. 10/10 is not a high enough rating to describe our stay at the Terrace of the Angels, which perfectly lives up to its name! The B&B is located in the historic center of Bologna, so you can walk everywhere. Situated in a very quiet alley, it boasts a spacious terrace with a view of the old tiled roofs of the neighborhood. The comfort is impeccable and the cleanliness is that of a 5-star hotel! Moreover, Michela is an excellent host: very warm welcome, excellent communication, good advice for visits and above all... hearty, homemade breakfasts tailored to your desires!!! We loved this Bed and Breakfast! Great location, the hostess is so welcoming and friendly. She gave advice on where to go, a map with everything marked out, a fantastic dinner recommendation (she made the reservations for us and they gave us special treatment) and even bought bus tickets for us! Location is superb, central to everything. Large, comfortable room, private bath, air conditioning, great breakfast, perfect! I would definitely return!

The structure is in a great location, and the owner (very kind and welcoming) explained to me how to reach it from the station with a very convenient bus. It wasn't clear to me from the booking that the bathroom, although private, was not in the room and this was a bit inconvenient for me. Being a historic building, there is a rather narrow and steep staircase to access the rooms, as well as to reach the beautiful terrace. If you don't have any issues with these details, the B&B is highly recommended.

I stayed at this property for work reasons and I was pleasantly surprised. Michela, the manager, is a true angel and will pamper you 360 degrees with care and attention. The room and the bathroom were impeccably clean, and in the bathroom you could find a complete courtesy set (with products, among other things very refined and special). The room was very large, with a very comfortable mattress, fridge, and two large windows. Unfortunately, the season did not allow me to enjoy the spectacular terrace overlooking the roofs of Bologna: I can't wait to relax there as soon as it gets warmer! The location is perfect for exploring the city: directly connected to the station, you can reach the property by public transport in 15 minutes and it is very close to the center, just a 10-minute walk and you are in Piazza Maggiore. I take this opportunity again to thank Michela for her availability and friendliness, you will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here. Honestly, I hope to be able to visit Bologna more often so that I can come back as soon as possible.

At Terrazza degli Angeli you will find an angel in flesh and bones, her name is Michela, and she is the most welcoming, attentive, helpful, kind, and genuine person I have ever stayed with. She went out of her way for me and made my stay perfect. This B&B is easily accessible by car and public transport from the station, but even a taxi ride will cost you only around ten euros. The structure is historic, cozy, and full of charm; the room assigned to me was as large as a studio apartment, tastefully decorated, quiet, the bed was comfortable, and everything was perfectly clean. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow me to enjoy the beautiful terrace overlooking the rooftops of Bologna. Breakfast is rich and of quality and, if you wish, Michela will serve it to you in your room. When the door closed behind me, I realized how much this person and this place had given me: I found a friend and felt welcomed at home. I will definitely return with my whole family!

This wonderful place has the right name... the Angels' Terrace. We were lucky enough to book it for 2 nights and if we could have, we would have stayed much longer. I had a wonderful stay at Terrazza degli Angeli. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, yet close to the center. The room was nice and perfectly clean. The terrace is a wonder, both for breakfast and for a glass of wine in the evening. Finally, I must say that Michela is one of the most welcoming people I have ever met in my life. The place is worth it because it is far from the airport, but it's worth the trip (by taxi, the easiest and not more expensive if you are two). The house has all the charm of the picture, the hostess is an angel as the name of the street says. The upstairs room is spacious and pleasant and the evening on the terrace truly idyllic; also take a walk to Giardino Margherita right next door, and you will be fully satisfied.

It stands out for excellent quality on all services, starting from very rigorous cleaning and sanitization (especially in these times), a cute structure that conveys a feeling of carefreeness and total relaxation, the rooms are pretty and well furnished and also a very complete courtesy and top bathroom kit. A good breakfast where there is something for everyone's taste and finally (last but not least) the unbeatable hospitality of the manager who is a very nice woman with whom it is always pleasant to have a chat and who knows how to guide very well for anything in Bologna (restaurants, transportation, shops etc.). Excellent location, spacious and very clean room, with mini-fridge and maxi-TV, full of brochures, magazines, and books to flip through. The only flaw, the landlady, just kidding! Michela is the strong point of the property: very caring in welcoming and reserved at the same time, attentive to guess guests' needs and available in offering extra thoughts and attentions. Thank you, it was a pleasure and now I know where to go when I want to stop in Bologna.

The priestess of hospitality! Thank you Michela, you treated us more like friends visiting than guests, starting with the welcome drink on the terrace and the help she personally gave us for parking the car. I could go on with the abundant breakfasts, always served on the terrace with great flexibility on the schedule, etc. etc. I'll stop here, otherwise it seems like I was paid to review at the top, (in fact, unlike others, she didn't even mention to review her B&B well. Mikela is an incredible host and person. I will tell only this story. I was late for my flight and Mikela was trying to call a taxi from 2 different phones and since we couldn't reach any of the taxis (due to Easter holidays) she drove me to the airport by herself. I was able to fly home on time just thanks to her. The B&B is very clean and cozy and she made us feel very welcome and safe (also was cooking for us). Huge recommendations for anyone who wants to stay in Bologna, this is the place.

I visited Bologna for a three-day weekend and by chance I ended up at the Terrazza degli Angeli where I was welcomed with great professionalism. First of all, I was able to check in at 11:30 (which is very rare). The room is tastefully decorated, a candle is lit to welcome you, the room smells very good and everything is clean. Michela (the host) brought me a 'welcoming food' (sandwich savory pie strawberry whipped cream chocolate) which was much appreciated after the long journey :) Later we had a good coffee on the terrace where she kindly explained the places not to be missed in the city, e.g. the Seven Churches and the Asinelli Tower, etc. The bathroom is equipped with everything! The products are of very good quality and I was able to take a nice bath and relax since the bathroom has a bathtub! The days passed very quickly and every day when I returned to the room there were small attentions: biscuits, a bottle of water... Furthermore, if one evening you don't know where to eat, ask her for advice, I did not regret eating in the restaurants she recommended. On the last evening she kindly offered to prepare dinner for me, I did not regret accepting! Baked pasta with Bolognese sauce (Ragù), fritters and profiteroles with strawberry and whipped cream: exquisite! In summary, if you are in Bologna for a weekend or more, go ahead and book at this B&B, you will not be disappointed, I also work in hospitality and catering since always so I know what I'm talking about! A big thank you for everything you did Michela, everything was appreciated.

I usually do not write reviews but this time I could not help but write one, I stayed at Terrazza degli Angeli for just one night and it felt like being at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcome and professionalism of Michela who welcomed me with much more than she should have. The structure is very nice, extremely clean, centrally located and very convenient for solo travelers like me, easily reachable on foot from Bologna's central station. Not to mention the cozy terrace overlooking the Margherita gardens where Michela serves an excellent breakfast and welcome cocktail. Very quiet area. Michela is very helpful for any information requested. I will definitely return here as soon as I happen to return to Bologna.

The room is very spacious, spotlessly clean, with refined furnishings. There is a beautiful and very large painting, which alone already repays you for the choice. We stayed at Terrazza degli Angeli for two nights, we were two families with three children in tow (two of which are not even a year old). We felt at home if not better. The structure is in a very nice house with a private driveway (very convenient for strollers) and we used both a room and an apartment: both very comfortable and clean. It is located in a very convenient area for car parking and to reach the center by walking. A super evaluation to Michela who pampered us with a great and tasty welcome and a lot of availability! We recommend it without a doubt.

Terrazza degli Angeli is not just a Bed and Breakfast, it goes beyond the best one can expect and desire. A gem of a structure, avenue with lights and flowers everywhere. The room is very fragrant, warm, spotlessly clean, and very welcoming. I chose Music of the Angels and the presence of the piano is a truly unique touch. Impeccable bathroom, curated in every detail with a 10+ set. The rainy day was immediately forgotten, as I was pampered by an extraordinary cocktail. The room is large, very clean, fragrant, for me as a professional, finding a table to work on is certainly an added value. Surprise, a welcome cocktail with food, worthy of a hotel. In June 2017 I stayed for almost a week at Terrazza degli Angeli, a beautiful and spacious B&B, conveniently located at the edge of town next to the park. I could reach all my destinations in the town center walking. The room comes with access to a splendid roof patio. As if that is not sufficient, the excellent accommodation comes with a most wonderful host, Mikela, who makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive and makes your wellbeing in Bologna her concern. I am much looking forward to returning to TdA on my next visit.

At the beginning of May, I spent three weeks in the beautiful Terrazza degli Angeli in the old center of Bologna. On arrival I was welcomed by Mikela. In the room there were fresh flowers and immediately a glass of wine was offered. Mika spoke with great passion about Bologna, her city. What are the sights and which ones should definitely be visited. The room is very spacious, big TV, good bed, air conditioning in the room, a large luxury bathroom with bathtub. Very clean and also here with flowers. The B&B is located on the edge of the old town, everything is easily accessible on foot. A bus stop at 50 meters and a city park at 100 meters. Breakfast is very rich and prepared with love. It can be enjoyed outside on the large terrace or in the room. The terrace is very nice with sun loungers, umbrellas and a rocking chair. Mikela keeps an eye on everything and makes sure nothing is missing. She speaks perfect English and French. For me the best B&B ever and I will definitely come back next year. Thank you Mikela.

We arrived in the evening, pleasant atmosphere and warm welcome. We were taken to the room assigned to us. What can I say: fantastic alone wouldn't be enough. Large, lit candles, delicate scent, very clean, very comfortable. Bathroom, of course private, with a set worthy of a hotel, but the wonderful surprise was when Mikela showed us the terrace, where we were invited to enjoy our welcome and, despite the late hour, we had the pleasure of being able to stay on the terrace, lying on the sunbeds, drinking excellent wine and eating: with still dim lights on each table of this wonderful B&B. We slept very well, air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was served to us again on the terrace, rich, fresh and tasty. Absolutely recommended. Congratulations! Terrazza degli Angeli. I booked at the Terrazza degli Angeli property while in Bologna for a short business trip. Upon arrival in the evening, I was welcomed by the friendly and professional staff with a small welcome cocktail directly in the room. The room is spacious, air-conditioned, with wall-mounted TV and functioning Wi-Fi, not like in my other experiences. After a well-deserved shower, I took advantage of the director's availability to recommend a place to dine, and given the practically central location, I enjoyed a walk under the arcades. Back in the room, I decided to end the evening by enjoying a glass of wine in the coolness of the terrace. What can I say, it will be my base every time I have to go to Bologna. Highly recommended.
