Located in San Secondo Parmense, TLcafè Hospitality offers accommodation overlooking the private garden.

The rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer.

We offer a typical Italian breakfast. We use the products of a company of our territory, I. D. P. Pattini, with their historic Plumcake and then Muffins, Crostatine, natural and fruit yoghurts, fruit juices, tea, milk and coffee that we produce.

TLcafè Hospitality is 14 km from Parma, 39 km from Reggio Emilia and 11 km from the Giuseppe Verdi Airport of Parma, the nearest airport.

The 4 rooms combine the refinement and charm of the ancient rural homes with the taste of contemporary design.

The rooms are located in the part of the building that was once intended to house the winter supplies of wood and hay for the inhabitants of the farmhouse.

A true return to the past in a farmhouse from the early 1900s, which preserves and welcomes the unique and original atmosphere of these ancient lands, combined with the possibility of visits to discover the nearby territories, such as the Castles of the Duchy of Parma and Piacenza or food and wine tours in the Food Valley.

The area is famous for producing the most popular gastronomic products in Italy and abroad.

The “Bassa” offers flavors that are the fruit of tradition and ancient know-how, such as the culatello di Zibello, the salami of Felino and the prosciutto di Parma. In the numerous dairies, it is possible to directly buy the Parmigiano Reggiano d. o. c. ,
In San Secondo, however, it is a must to taste the hot cooked shoulder, accompanied by a good glass of Fortanina and to finish an excellent coffee.

Very nice location, but the room was not very clean: hair and hairs in the toilet and dust on the bedside tables. Breakfast was almost non-existent; from the advertising it seemed very appealing and full of nice things, but it was disappointing. There were only three packaged snacks, everything contained gluten and there was no fruit. In the fridge there was milk (no plant-based option) and yogurt, but no cereal to add.

Well-maintained and very clean property. My room was nice, functional and warm, except for the bathroom which had no bidet; personally I find removing the bidet unacceptable in Italy. A major shortcoming was the breakfast: there were facilities to make tea, coffee and cappuccino, but to eat there were only packaged pastries. I have stayed at several B&Bs in the area and the breakfast was always rich, good and abundant, with fresh and homemade products.

Good renovation. The room was spacious and welcoming in the finishes, but unfortunately not adequately heated, considering we stayed at the end of December. The bathroom lacked a bidet and the shower had a non-functional curtain; it would be desirable to have photos on the website. The host, although not present at the property, was very precise in the information he gave us and very helpful. Regarding breakfast, it would have been nice to find the tables set (placemats, cutlery, etc.).

Passing through on our way to Sicily, we spent one night at Massimo's during a round trip in October. We appreciated the countryside setting (cows nearby) and the quiet. The room, although not very large, is very nice. Large, comfortable bed. Room and bathroom are modern, new and very clean. Breakfast is self-service, with various packaged cakes (as often in Italy) but of good quality (no savory items, no fruit). Plus: the car is secure on the property. Massimo is very kind and very responsive to messages. I recommend it 100%.

We stayed in this accommodation for only one night but we found it very good. The room is equipped with all the comforts and the mattress is very comfortable. In the room, we also found a bottle of water and a coffee machine with many capsules available, which hosts rarely provide in the room. We appreciated it very much! Massimo is very kind, he explained everything to us on the phone and we had no problem entering and exiting the structure independently. The breakfast is self-service, but there are many products available, including the machine that froths the milk for the cappuccino and makes excellent foam.

We spent two nights in this b&b. Let's start with the positives. The property is located in the countryside, but in a convenient position to visit Parma and its surroundings. The room and the bathroom are very nice, with modern furnishings (the drains need to be fixed). The spaces are clean. The mattress is excellent. The host greeted us at the beginning, but then we only communicated by message for the entire duration of our stay. The downside was the breakfast because at the time of our booking we had chosen this property for the presence of the roasting house and for the variety of offerings based on the chosen coffee (as per reviews from a few months ago). Since my husband is a coffee enthusiast, this was the main reason for our choice. It was a gift. Upon arrival, a bitter surprise: the roasting house has been moved to Venice and now breakfast (meager) must be prepared independently, but with pre-packaged products. There is nothing fresh like croissants, cakes, etc. Based on our experiences, the price of the room is high in proportion to the breakfast offered.

The structure is in a slightly secluded, quiet location. Both the room and the bathroom are nice (both not very large). Clean. The bathroom is blind and lacks a bidet. The shower has no box but curtains. I only messaged with the manager. I didn't see anyone in person. Self-service breakfast in a very nice place. The roasting facility next to the structure has just moved to the province of Venice. Too bad. It was one of the reasons I chose the structure. The move seems to be ongoing. Personally, but that is just my opinion, I prefer to deal with real people. Also having to manage the breakfast, as nice and well-cared-for as the place may be, didn't excite me.

The place is located near but not too close to the main road, allowing for a quiet stay, without noise or disturbances. Internal parking, safe. Clean, new rooms. High-quality internal and external fixtures: it is noticeable that they are clean and effective for nighttime silence. High and clean ceilings. Very comfortable bed, firm enough. Breakfast with four different menus to choose from: very fresh products with jams, biscuits, and croissants (as well as savory focaccia and scrambled eggs, as per the menu I requested). Compliments indeed: it has now become a point of reference for this area.

It is not the usual Bed and Breakfast, but if you are passionate about specialty coffee, you can recharge your energy and expand your knowledge about it. The rooms are very welcoming with a comfortable bathroom, photon shower and a bed that you will not want to leave anymore. Thank you to all the staff for the excellent work you do every day.

Tranquility, hospitality combined with attentions to customers and courtesies, make the place a destination to consider if you have to "hang out" in the area. And then… enjoying excellent, special coffees is a very pleasant thing combined with the opportunity to "breathe in" the intense and pleasant smell of freshly roasted coffee and to witness the manual roasting, with vintage machinery. Seeing is believing!

We were looking for a quiet and peripheral place to visit Parma and surroundings, and the choice fell on TLcafè Hospitality (at Torrefazione Lady Cafè) due to the positive reviews read online. I can only confirm them after our short stay. The welcome and availability of the manager are commendable. Excellent breakfast (custom menu) with quality products. The structure has been recently renovated and the rooms have everything necessary for a peaceful stay. If I may make a comment, I would improve the choice of pillows (although this is a very subjective aspect).

We are a group of friends and we stayed at this property located in the countryside surrounding San Secondo Parmense. The property is a real gem, renovated with excellent taste, the rooms are very comfortable equipped with every comfort and the bathrooms are modern, functional and impeccably clean. The excellent breakfast is served in a café and the very friendly managers accompany the guests in the knowledge of the fascinating world of coffee. The owners are also extremely helpful and have provided us with excellent tourist information and very valid gastronomic advice.

Incredible place in the countryside of Parma, we returned after less than a year from our first stay and consider it the ideal place for stays near Parma. The managers are very kind and of course the breakfast is extremely good, with local products and especially their incredible coffee.

Cordial welcome, even though we stayed for only one night. Excellent and beyond the usual standards breakfast, with homemade products. The room is simple and cozy. The bed is excellent and you wake up in the middle of greenery, in absolute tranquility.

As a couple with my wife, we made a quick stopover (just one night). We were enchanted by the beauty of TLcafè Hospitality (at Torrefazione Lady Cafè), the room was very nice and well furnished. Here you can enjoy absolute tranquility, it's a great place to relax. The breakfast is very good with 3 types of choices available (sweet, sweet and savory, savory only). Massimo and Nicoletta are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended for a tour in the area.

We were well received by the owners who are really courteous and helpful. The rooms are very clean and stylish (much appreciated the mattresses) located inside an ancient farmhouse and overlook a beautiful garden. Excellent breakfast. The property is located a stone's throw from the Masone labyrinth.

Massimo and Nicoletta were very kind, the structure is brand new and with many attentions, in the room from the coffee machine to the mini fridge is out, with a beautiful green space; the location is excellent, in the countryside but close to communication routes and the city; a plus for the variety and quality of breakfasts, with carefully selected and explained local products, and a high-level service, from filled croissants on request onwards. Choose them without thinking twice.

In summer, where the heat of the countryside is hard to bear and despite the air conditioning which is greatly appreciated in the room, it would be a plus to have a swimming pool where one could swim to cool off.

Della nostra posizione leggermente defilata (1 km dal centro di San Secondo Parmense e 300 mt da un Supermarket che offre molti servizi) cerchiamo di farne un punto di forza per chi cerca relax e tranquillità in mezzo alla campagna e comunque a due passi da molti servizi. Siamo inoltre lieti di informarti che a soli 3 km. dalla nostra struttura, stanno ultimando Il casello Terre Verdiane a Sissa Trecasali, con collegamento all'autostrada A15-A22, questo renderà la nostra posizione ancora più comoda da molti punti di vista.

We stayed two nights at this wonderful bed and breakfast. The structure is brand new and meticulously cared for in every detail. The rooms are tastefully furnished and very welcoming. Impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is abundant and with quality products, directly from the owners or local producers. But what makes the stay special are the owners themselves, two courteous, very kind, welcoming people who make guests feel welcome. Always available to provide useful directions and information.
