While our establishment has many strengths, it also has a few drawbacks. It is essential to use a car to reach us, as the last 700 meters are on a country road. We are constantly working to keep it in good condition, but inclement weather can sometimes make this task more challenging. The final stretch is not perfect; however, the property remains easily accessible.

Simple but clean and pleasant room. Useful to have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Super quiet place in the countryside but just a few minutes from Ozzano. The owner Tatiana is very kind.

I felt very good. Tatiana was very kind and helpful. Although I arrived at an inconvenient time, she welcomed me without complaining at all. The room was perfect and she left me for breakfast exactly what I asked for, being vegan, she was very considerate.

The structure is brand new, the room is spacious with independent access, modern furnishings, the bed is really comfortable, the phone charging lamp is very useful. Minimal breakfast, I would add a few more products. The house is reachable via a 200m unpaved private road, immersed in nature (we saw pheasants and deer!). They have just opened and are also improving the exterior with a nice flowerbed. It is about 15-20 min from Bologna center. We had bikes with us and were able to keep them in the room but they also allowed us to store them in a van on the day of check-out. Tatiana and her family are really kind and helpful. It was a good quality-price choice for us compared to other accommodations in the area.

Good structure, but the dirt road needs to be fixed, the directions to get there need to be improved, and in my opinion, the breakfast should be improved/increased. Maybe add a welcome mat in front of the entrance to avoid dirtying the apartment and review the cleaning a bit. However, there is room for improvement.
