Description
Recently renovated apartment located on the second floor of a green building, 100 meters away from Sant'Orsola Hospital and close to the historical center and university area, reachable within a 15-minute walk. All studios have private bathrooms and kitchens. In the immediate vicinity, there are bars, supermarkets, restaurants, and bus stops (number 14 and 25 towards the center and 36 towards the train and bus station). The apartment features a double bedroom and a room with three single beds, both around 40 square meters, bright, with balconies overlooking the greenery, and fully furnished. Both rooms have a bathroom with a shower (linens, hairdryer, and soaps), a TV, and wifi. Paid parking is available. Additionally, there is a studio apartment with a double sofa bed and a single bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom at Via Paolo Fabbri n 1. Free communal parking is available.

My husband and I stayed one night and had a great time. Mrs. Antonietta was very kind and flexible at check-in. Modern structure with everything you need even for several nights. The area is full of restaurants and bars; close to Porta San Vitale and well connected to the center of Bologna.

I stayed with some friends at the beginning of April, and the experience was perfect! The room was renovated, clean, well furnished. The owner is very kind and helpful, and the location of the place is really great! You can take the bus nearby, but the historic center can also be easily reached on foot. Highly recommended.

Super recommended. On Saturday it costs 70 euros and not 65. There is no receipt. The only big flaw was that the towels didn't smell good. They were changed immediately, but even these were not good. Well, maybe a poorly done drying. Great shower, warm room, many means of transport. The exact stop is called Sant'Orsola.

I had a good time, the area is quiet. There are many trattorias, street food, also the coop supermarket. It's convenient for a walk to the center. Only two things to improve. The spring mattress is not comfortable. Missing pot lid, a scratched pan is not usable. I arrived in the morning, the host immediately made me feel comfortable and was very kind.

Excellent apartment, clean, well-furnished and bright with a beautiful view of Bologna. The host is very helpful and kind. Everything is available in the apartment, there are coffee capsules, some tea/herbal tea and the television. The apartment is quiet and in a great location, practically below The Towers there is a bus stop with several lines, with 4 stops we reached the center of Bologna. Absolutely recommended.

When we arrived, Mrs. Antonietta was very welcoming. The room was on the seventh floor and had a breathtaking view of Bologna. Near the b&b, we had a supermarket and a bus stop that took us to the center of Bologna. The only downside was the bidet and the shower head, which were very old and the water came out slowly, making it a bit difficult to wash. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Prima di decidere dove soggiornare ho letto un po' di recensione e posso confermare tutti gli ottimi giudizi che ho letto degli altri ospiti della struttura. La casa è molto bella, appena ristrutturata e soprattutto molto pulita. Antonietta è un'host disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ho scelto questo B&B soprattutto per la posizione, è letteralmente a due passi dall'ospedale sant'Orsola e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla zona universitaria. Struttura super consigliata.

Struttura nuovissima, confortevole e molto pulita. Ottima accoglienza e disponibilità. Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro sia con i mezzi pubblici (servitissima) che a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata di 10/15 minuti. Assolutamente consigliata!

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo we a Bologna grazie anche al The Towers, l’appartamento è ben arredato e molto pulito, a 15 minuti a piedi dalle due torri attraversando dei bellissimi portici bolognesi. La host Antonietta è stata molto gentile e ci ha fornito informazioni utili per vivere a pieno l’atmosfera bolognese. Lo consiglio e ci torneremo sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato per lavoro in questa struttura, appena ristrutturata, pulita e molto confortevole, nella camera matrimoniale. Molto vicina all’Ospedale Sant’Orsola, vicina alla fermata dei bus, si raggiungono le Due Torri con una piacevole passeggiata sotto i portici in appena 15/20 minuti. Antonietta, la padrona di casa, è attenta ai dettagli, è disponibile e molto professionale. Lo consiglio.

Struttura nuovissima (é stata inaugurata da pochissimo, pulita es essenziale nello stile con tutti i confort necessari, silenziosa!), posizione strategica (in 10 minuti al massimo di una bella passeggiata sei sotto le due torri!), molte comodità a portata di mano (negozi, supermercato, ristoranti, parcheggio!), gestore super disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato sia per turismo che per affari. Da consigliare. Quando tornerò a Bologna è qui che voglio venire.
