Terrazza Zalamella B&B

Terrazza Zalamella is a newly renovated B&B, consisting of 2 welcoming rooms (Alba and Sunset), both exclusively equipped with bathroom, air conditioning, heating, wi-fi, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, espresso machine (only the microwave is shared in the common area with the guests of the other room), located in the attic above one of the most beautiful terraces in Ravenna.

If necessary, there is an elevator / freight elevator to comfortably reach the floor.

Bologna's "Guglielmo Marconi" airport is 80 km away, while the Ravenna railway station is 2 km away. Possibility of free parking on the street, where there are no restrictions on circulation and parking.

From the B&B, in a few minutes and on foot, you can easily reach the historic center of Ravenna to visit its monuments, stroll through the characteristic streets in the pedestrian area, relax for an aperitif or taste the splendid Romagna cuisine in one of the many bars and restaurants.

Once you reach the pedestrian area at Porta Adriana you can admire the Mausoleum of Galla Placidia with the adjacent Basilica of San Vitale, the unmissable Sepulcher of Dante and the Dantesque museum, the Rocca Brancaleone, the Basilica of Sant'Apollinare Nuovo, the National Museum, the Mausoleum of Theodoric and much more.

If you are traveling with children, within a few hundred meters there are several public parks that are always accessible and equipped with play areas.

The large and equipped beaches of the coasts of Marina di Ravenna and Punta Marina Terme are about 10 km away, while the Mirabilandia amusement park and the Zoo Safari are 15 km away and all can be reached by car or public transport.

A kettle with herbal teas and Lavazza a Modo Mio coffee capsules is available for each accommodation. In the morning, an Italian breakfast will be served directly in the room (leaving a trolley at the entrance door) consisting of fresh pastries or baked goods, biscuits, jams, milk and/or fruit juices.

It is possible to have breakfast on the terrace, which is always available to guests at any time of the year and at any time and which offers memorable sunsets.

The "Tramonto" room is a double room with a double bed and the availability of a third single bed for children under 12 (sofa bed).

The "Alba" room, located in the attic, is a triple room with a double bed and a French bed with the availability of a fourth bed for children under 12 (in the "French" sofa bed).

The management of the structure is family-run. My family and I live in the apartment on the lower floor and leaving all possible privacy to our guests (hence the choice of breakfast served in the room), we are always available for any further need or problem that may arise.

The municipality of Ravenna applies a tourist tax of €uro 2 per day per person to be paid on the spot and not included in the price.

For the rest, the following daily rates are inclusive of everything, stay, room cleaning and breakfast:
- single use 60 €uro;
- double use 90 €uro;
- triple use 110 €uro;
- quadruple use 130 €.
