Description

Terra Fina is a family-run bed and breakfast that offers its guests overnight accommodation and breakfast service.

It is a new structure located just 1 km from the Mirabilandia amusement park and at the same time in a quiet countryside area.

Our breakfast is characterized by typical homemade products: we offer both sweet and savory.

We have rooms of various sizes, equipped with every comfort, a large garden where adults can relax and children can play in complete safety. Our guests can use the brand new pool and Jacuzzi hot tub free of charge.

We have double, triple and quadruple rooms. All are equipped with a private bathroom, with shower and hairdryer, Full HD 32' LED TV, heating, air conditioning, internet connection, safe and refrigerator.

Each room has its own independent entrance. The rooms are characterized by exposed wooden beams and a loft in the larger ones.

In the warmer months, our guests can use the brand new pool, equipped with a hydromassage area, sun loungers and evening lighting.

Private parking is available.

We offer free bicycle rentals for reaching Mirabilandia and the Safari Ravenna wildlife park or for a beautiful trip immersed in the greenery of the Po Delta Park pine forest.

The little ones can enjoy an outdoor play area all to themselves.

We have agreements with all the parks on the Romagna Riviera: discounted tickets and no waiting in line at the ticket office!

I stayed at this B&B for three nights. Beautiful structure with an attached pool and hot tub. The managers are very helpful. Really nice, we had three wonderful days in a fantastic place. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, we will definitely return.

A wonderful place, the organization is perfect. In 33 years I have never been so well traveling as I have been here at Terra Fina. And I am someone who travels often, at least 5 trips a year. I congratulate you. Then, how the place is made, I thought I would pay a lot, but I paid little. Thank you really guys, you made us feel good. My daughter already wants to return. Thank you again. I stayed at this property from April 22 to 25. We had a wonderful time... a charming place, well-kept in every detail! Martina with her smile and hospitality is truly unique. The breakfast?! A delight for the eyes and the palate! I bought the homemade jams for all my friends because they are amazing! I highly recommend it!

Martina, her staff, and the beautiful dog were incredibly warm and welcoming! It certainly felt like home upon arrival. The accommodation and communal areas are kept incredibly clean. Beautiful countryside views with a stunning and thriving poolside. Certainly a great place for relaxation! Close to nearby restaurants and seaside towns. My only suggestion would be a kettle in the room - but maybe that's just us Brits! We would love to come back again!

Structure well thought out and designed and managed attentively with seriousness, professionalism, and availability towards the customer. Martina and her staff were always present but discreet during the days spent with them. Daily cleaning service and towel change according to customer needs. The only flaw, if we want to call it that, is the non-exclusive use of the pool for the guests of the structure, but it is also open to external people; in the area, others also do the same so nothing particularly strange. Near Mirabilandia, with the possibility of getting discounted tickets directly from them.

I had the pleasure of staying at R&B Terra Fina the first weekend of March, taking advantage of the B&B Day initiative. I must emphasize the great availability of the host Martina who has always been ready to welcome my requests and provide me with all the necessary information to make the most of my discovery of Ravenna, to eat typical dishes while saving a little and to park near the historic center spending very little. Furthermore, I found the B&B premises extremely clean and well-kept, which allowed me to feel comfortable and fully enjoy my stay. Everything was perfectly in order, from the sheets to the towels, to the daily cleaning of the rooms and common areas. I also greatly appreciated the breakfast, always abundant and varied, which allowed me to start the day with the right energy. In the summer period, there is also a beautiful pool surrounded by greenery in operation! In summary, if you are looking for a B&B with a host available and attentive to the cleanliness of the premises, this is definitely the right place for you. I highly recommend booking your stay at this R&B.

Five reasons to stay at R&B Terra Fina: 1. The welcoming smile of Martina already announces the kindness with which you will be treated. 2. The clean, new, sober rooms equipped with everything (we stayed in a quadruple). 3. The splendid pool that alone makes you feel on vacation. 4. Family of 4 had a quadruple room. We liked the room: spacious, clean, well-equipped, cozy, card-locked. The host Martina is always ready to help and very friendly. One of the best pros of the property is the swimming pool and its area. A bit disappointed about the variety of the breakfast. But if you are traveling for B&B for one or a couple of nights, it is ok (we stayed more nights so we got bored of the same food). All in all one of the best B&B in the area near the sea and waterpark.

We spent 3 nights here, with the aim of going to Mirabilandia. A 2-minute drive, about 20 on foot. If you wish, bicycles are at your disposal at R&B Terra Fina. Really an excellent choice. Martina, the owner, is very kind and ready to help or provide useful information. The whole structure is brand new, very beautiful. The room was big enough for 3 people, clean and with a large shower. The breakfast is great, with many delicious homemade cakes and the possibility of having something like a sandwich, ham, cheese etc... or the typical Crescione. There is also a nice and clean swimming pool, with all the comforts. A children's garden is near the pool. We were there with 3 dogs. What is missing (still?) is a dedicated garden/area for letting the dogs run and keep them safe. Talking with Martina, it's something they have already started to consider for the near future. If I had to do smart working... I did it for a day using the excellent internet connectivity of R&B Terra Fina. Cervia, Ravenna, and the sea are very close to R&B Terra Fina, about 10 - 15 minutes by car. Highly recommended, whether you are a couple or a family.

I would like to start by saying that we booked this property primarily because we were going to Mirabilandia. It is very close, so very convenient, the managers are very welcoming and helpful, you can buy discounted tickets for Mirabilandia at the property, they take care of everything, plus they offer a bike service to go to the park if you don't want to drive. The pool is clean, you can also have an aperitif comfortably on the sun lounger under the umbrella. The rooms are essential, but new and clean. I recommend, we will definitely return.

Do you know perfection? Well, that's the right word to use to describe and review this fantastic R&B Terra Fina, from breakfast, to the welcome and kindness of the owner and all the collaborators, as well as the tranquility, cleanliness and perfect location to reach all the nearby points of interest/cities by the sea in a short time. 5 days spent in relaxation and tranquility, since the R&B Terra Fina is surrounded by suggestive and wonderful sunflower fields, and has a super clean pool to relax in. A 10 also for the breakfast, plentiful, ranging from sweet to savory and with many varieties. I loved everything.

Excellent structure, very close to Mirabilandia park and other attractions in the area. Enchanting location, although a bit isolated. The room where we stayed was a quadruple with a loft, but in truth it is a real second floor, so very airy. The structure is brand new, well-kept in detail, with taste and attention to the customer. Outside there is a pool and green spaces that unfortunately we could not enjoy due to the short stay. Recommended to everyone.

Brand new structure, very large and comfortable room, very kind owner willing to satisfy all our needs, breakfast very rich in delicious homemade products. Following a gluten and lactose-free diet, they provided me with suitable products for my needs. We went to R&B Terra Fina in June also taking advantage of the holiday bonus. Just the fact that we didn't receive requests like "well if you want to use the bonus you have to spend at least 1000 euros" or "we accept holiday bonuses, but the price changes...". No, here I was given the price and then the bonus discount was applied. Unparalleled honesty. Then the place: enchanting, with modern design, attention to detail, with sober and never banal furnishings. Well-kept, air-conditioned rooms, with attention to hygiene and cleanliness without flaw. Excellent breakfast, with freshly baked products, all very fresh and with a great variety of choices. The pool always clean, spacious, with comfortable sunbeds and no surprise of finding one a bit broken or scarce. A great refreshment point on scorching hot days. And then the kindness of all the staff members, starting from the owner who spared no effort to make us comfortable, always ahead of every request. It is a place where nothing is left to chance, where everything is studied, to make guests' vacation an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend the place to anyone looking for the best, because here you will only find this: the best.

We stayed 4 nights, we were more than happy, fantastic value for money. Martina and all the staff are uniquely kind and ready to solve any problem. Brand new structure, very beautiful and very comfortable, excellent and plentiful breakfast: from fresh seasonal fruit to savory and, above all, delicious homemade sweets: fantastic. Mirabilandia is 1 km away and the possibility to buy tickets (also for 3 days) at discounted prices in the structure. What can I say: definitely worth returning. The structure is immersed and integrated into the surrounding environment. Spectacular infinity pool with comfortable deck chairs and sunbeds. Highly recommended for both couples and families (we are 5) spacious and comfortable beds and large and super clean rooms. Just one word: thank you.
