All rooms, which are large and newly updated, come with a private bathroom, a 32-inch television, and Wi-Fi internet access.

The B&B is located in the heart of the city, just 150 meters from the train station, and all major attractions in the center (Via Indipendenza, Piazza Maggiore, Due Torri, University Area) are easily accessible on foot.

It is particularly suitable for those needing access to hospitals; buses and shuttles to the main Rizzoli and S. Orsola institutions (which are just a few minutes away by bus) depart directly from beneath our property.
