Buongiorno sig. ra Ornella, la ringrazio per la recensione, benché abbia riscontrato alcune contraddizioni, soprattutto perché non avete fatto richieste o lamentele alle quali eventualmente avrei potuto rimediare o fornire spiegazioni: - ha dato 4 alla struttura, ma nella descrizione ne parla solo positivamente - il piatto doccia per motivi igienici deve essere liscio e senza tappetini antiscivolo che ne impediscono la pulizia e favoriscono l’accumulo di sporcizia; le guide in alluminio non sono arrugginite, si tratta solo di residuo di acqua ferrosa e calcarea tipica delle ns zone, eliminabile solo con prodotti fortemente acidi e quindi da usare saltuariamente. - ha dato 6 al gestore, una spiacevole sorpresa per me dato che come sapete sono stata contenta di riuscire a consegnare eccezionalmente la camera con circa 3 ore di anticipo in modo da potervi accomodare dopo il viaggio e prima delle visite programmate ai borghi; sono stata disponibile a darvi tutte le informazioni richieste raccomandadovi di chiamarmi per qualsiasi evenienza, cosa questa che non è avvenuta - colazione 1: ero presente al vs arrivo, vi ho chiesto di controllare la stanza, abbiamo parlato della colazione e non avete contestato nulla, anzi “andava tutto bene”. Come spiegato anche su questo sito, la colazione in b&b senza cucina professionale, segue il regolamento ASL regionale per cui per la sicurezza alimentare degli ospiti, occorre fornire prodotti confezionati. In fase di prenotazione la colazione è aggiuntiva per cui si può scegliere di non includerla e non pagarla. Migliorare rimane comunque un obiettivo costante. Cordialmente, Laura.

B&B very close to the village of Grazzano Visconti but still in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery. The room was available well before the scheduled time: I was notified and was able to store my luggage before starting the visit to the castle. Breakfast available in the room allows maximum flexibility in scheduling. A walk around the village early in the morning is recommended to enjoy the beautiful light and the low crowds, as well as the guided tour of the castle and the large park.

Excellent accommodation for visiting Grazzano Visconti, practically a one-minute walk. The room with private bathroom was clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. Thanks to Laura's availability we were given the room even before the check-in time. If I have to find a fault, I would say that having an electric kettle would be more convenient than heating water in the microwave.

The welcome was truly extraordinary! We felt as if we were with a friend. Laura made us feel at ease in an incredible way. The room is very large and very clean. Consciously, the TV is not provided. Thanks to its absence, you will enjoy the songs of insects and birds. It's an ideal place to visit Grazzano Visconti and the nearby villages because there is free parking. We will definitely come back!

The location, from looking at the photos, seemed very isolated... instead we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves just a few steps from the entrance of the historic village of Grazzano Visconti. The interiors are cozy and bright, the owner personally welcomed us with great courtesy and took care to prepare a breakfast suitable even for my friend who cannot eat dairy products. I absolutely feel like recommending this accommodation.

Very warm welcome from Laura in her magnificent mansion. We were in transit to Florence, too bad we couldn't stay more than one night because the place is fantastic. We will come back.
