For me traveling is necessary, both for my work and for my life in general.

The things I look for when I travel are exactly what I am offering in my B&B.

A clean, safe and welcoming environment that invites you to relax. Very centrally located and comfortable to reach by car. A prepared host who can guide you, advise you and leave you with all the freedom you need. Seiya B&B is located right next to the pedestrian zone, it is easily accessible for those who arrive by car and has a parking space on the interior courtyard. All rooms are double with a private bathroom, air conditioning, coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi. The B&B is just 30 meters from RAVENNA's main shopping street, Via Cavour, and 150 meters from the Basilica of San Vitale. The station is a 15-minute walk away.

Very clean and beautiful accommodation. Davide is super friendly and helpful. Bus to free access beaches 2.50 euros per way. All in all Top!! Good location in Ravenna. Parking and small breakfast (sufficient for us) were included in the price.

We had a fantastic stay. Davide is very friendly. The room is great and the air conditioning works very well. The room is near the center, a private parking place is available and the bar where you can have breakfast is beautiful and on the corner. So we can only recommend this place. We love Ravenna and the beaches nearby.

I stayed for 3 days and two nights because of my mother's operation near the Seiya B&B. Davide was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the shower. On the second night, there was no hot water due to a blockage in the boiler. So we could not take a shower that night as it became too late for us. It was later fixed.

The room is brand new and very clean, with particular attention to even the smallest details. A stone's throw from the center, with very convenient private parking, it is possible to experience the city with its beautiful mosaics, shops, and local places freely. Davide was very kind and attentive to all our requests. We had a great time!

Very nice room with a large bathroom. Close to the historic center near the ZTL area with private parking. If I have to make a note, I would add some hooks in the bathroom for the towels. If I return to Ravenna, I will keep it in mind.

Very nice property in a great location. In a minute you are in the center and have all the shops at your fingertips. Convenient parking in the courtyard. Davide (the owner) is very kind and gives you excellent advice and information. I would improve the breakfast but it is still sufficient.

Perfect B&B, one step away from the center, perfect room, new, design, equipped with everything of the latest generation, top manager in everything. For me who travels often to Japan (used to finding everything needed and cleanliness in the room) it was really the most suitable choice. Honestly above the standard of B&Bs found around Italy.

New structure, finely furnished, with every comfort and quiet. It has a parking space and is located in an easily accessible area. Very close to shopping streets, main monuments and near bars and restaurants. The manager, Davide, is present and available but very discreet. It will now be my regular place in Ravenna!

The room offered by the Seiya bed and breakfast is original and welcoming. It is functional for a weekend stay but also for a longer vacation. The furnishings are refined and the cleanliness is impeccable. Every element shows attention to the guest, even the courtesy set made up of quality products. The proximity to the center is definitely an added value for those who want to enjoy the human-sized dimension of Ravenna by forgetting the car. Also, the breakfast, to be consumed in the nearby locale, wins for its goodness and originality. Perfect location for the historic center and shopping, very close restaurants and convenient and essential parking in Ravenna. Very kind manager and breakfast at the fricandò bar (beautiful and good). Well-furnished attic and also well ventilated with latest generation air conditioning. New and tasteful furniture.

Location on a central but uncongested street and logistically perfect. No ZTL anxiety. 100 meters from the center gate even closer to useful services. It has parking spaces. Brand new rooms, furnished with great taste and style and equipped with top services, facilities and appliances. Perfect cleanliness. Even the choice of products for hygiene (the little soaps...), betrays the attention to quality. The owner is very kind, very helpful and caring. Very very good price.
