Description

SacreTerre is a bed and breakfast and farmhouse located in an ancient village on the hills near Parma: 2. 470 acres of woods and meadows and the horizon as a window on the valley of the Parma river. It is a newborn organic farm with fruit and olive trees and many projects for the future. SacreTerre is for us a special place and we hope that you will experience the same visiting us.

In our six rooms we welcome everyone who wants to retreat in a serene and quiet environment or practice outdoor activities either. We are pleased to have a talk with you if you want to know more about the story of this place or even of our life choices.

We are Giovanna and Raffaele and we welcome you in SacreTerre
We take care of this place with love and respect, trying to put together nature’s rythms with contemporary life.

We have been living in town for most of our life, following rules and rythms of our professions: Giovanna architect and counselor, Raffaele medical psychiatrist and psycotherapist. But soon we started to feel that we could no longer get along with that lifestyle. Inspired by our experience with native american wisdom and shamanic cultures, we started to need more good relations not just with people, but also with nature’s elements.

Sacreterre is our chance. We say we chose to live here, but we often feel that we have been chosen by this place. We have been attracted not just by the beauty and the quitness itself, but also by the abundance of elements according to our quest, elements that confirmed us that our dream was sustainable.

Couple stay with a dog from November 11 to 15, 2025. Mrs. Giovanna was very welcoming and attentive to details. We spent a wonderful week in the Sacred Lands. The landscape was breathtaking. Our little dog Reía was also warmly received by Émilie, the property's dog. Greetings from the three of us: Rodrigue, Flaure and Reía.

Very beautiful and very clean property. The manager is a really kind and welcoming lady. I have a small child and she made herself available to help me with some minor needs. The place conveys peace, calm and a reconnection with nature. Highly recommended!🙂

Enchanting and magical place where tranquility and peace reign. Beautiful panorama. Mrs. Giovanna's hospitality is enchanting. We returned a week ago and we miss her wonderful breakfasts and the delicious dinners prepared by the Chef. Thank you for letting us spend three fairytale days! We will return soon.

The agriturismo is immersed in an oasis of peace. Truly sacred lands where we should all be more in tune. The biolake, with all its life, is beautiful and it has a strategic location for visiting the wonderful surroundings. We stayed in the new building and it is certainly the result of a very demanding renovation. The whole complex is beautiful.

It was only an overnight stay, but comfortable in this new agritourism facility, in the valley of the Parma River. The room was simply but tastefully furnished. Large bathroom, comfortable shower. Pleasant breakfast with bread and jams produced on the premises. Large green space. They accept dogs.

We stayed for two nights at the 'Sacre Terre' property because we were looking for a quiet place to stop during a long journey with our 8-month-old baby, it was a really pleasant stay, the property is truly beautiful and well-maintained with many indoor and outdoor spaces, the biolake was a lifesaver on these hot days, the owners were very courteous and helpful, and there are some nice excursions to do in the surroundings even with small children.

A completely renovated courtyard, I would say really well renovated, the rooms are very nice and welcoming, we slept in a room with a shared bathroom, which we don't like very much, but I must say that the bathroom was always clean. They have a beautiful eco-pool, which my daughter enjoyed a lot, the place is very pleasant and relaxing, it is noticeable that they are still in the development phase, I highly recommend it.

Very good welcome from Giovanna; the place located in a quiet area, allows to rest after a day of visiting the region; not far from Parma and at the same time close to the mountains; we also appreciated the natural pool. We recommend this bed and breakfast for a short or long stay.

For a holiday focused on walks, trekking, and mountain biking, Sacre Terre is an excellent base. Additionally, there is a 3D archery path nearby. We were surprised by the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, which should be further valued because in terms of forests and nature, it has nothing to envy to the Alps. The only thing I didn't like was the small lake, I tried to swim in it but the bottom and sides are covered with slippery algae and the water is slightly malodorous. With a proper swimming pool, the b&b would be top-notch!

Salve Marilena, mi dispiace che tu non abbia apprezzato il laghetto. In genere gli ospiti ne sono entusiasti. Addirittura tutti notano la freschezza e il profumo dell'acqua! Un po' di alghette sono normali, ma forse può essere che in quel giorno era molto frequentato ed è andato un po' in crisi, essendo una cosa viva... Peccato mi dispiace. Ma non concordo con la preferenza per la piscina tradizionale con il cloro e l'acqua azzurra perché questo non è il posto adatto. Grazie comunque di essere stati qui.

I stayed just one night with my wife and our one and a half year old baby and we were very satisfied with the kind and efficient service. The property is perfect for those seeking peace and detachment from the city's frenzy. Excellent breakfast with some homemade products. The idea of the bio lake is very nice.
