We have several apartments available at Piazza di Porta San Vitale 4.
1) SANT'ORSOLA RESIDENCE is a furnished three-room apartment located on the second floor of a typical Bolognese building, situated in front of the S. Orsola Hospital and Villa Torri hospital. It is 100 meters from Nigrisoli and accessible by car, near the ZTL. It is 400 meters from the Two Towers.
The apartment consists of an entrance to a large living room with a double sofa bed, a furnished kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.
2) SAN VITALE RESIDENCE is also on the second floor with an elevator, a studio apartment for 3/4 people with a kitchen, a double bed, a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with a large shower.
3) VITALE LOFT RESIDENCE is a large attic located on the third and last floor of the building, with a height of 5 meters, finely furnished, with an entrance, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a large shower.
Our apartments are located in front of the S. Orsola Hospital, 100 meters away. They are ideal for families, groups of friends, and for patients staying in nearby hospitals. Villa Torri is 200 meters away. The area is rich in services, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, and pizzerias. Via Belmeloro and John Hopkins University are 50 meters away.
The private parking space is about 700 meters away, please contact us in advance for information.

Kind and helpful owner. Apartment comfortable for my needs, and also quite close to the center of Bologna, only 3 bus stops away but also reachable on foot.

The apartment is well located and the manager was courteous to us. However, the apartment had a bad smell coming from the kitchen. Cleaning products and utensils (dish soap, broom, etc.) were not provided. Additionally, we found only one roll of toilet paper for 4 people staying 2 nights and 3 days.

I wondered if toilet paper was included in the price because one roll for 5 nights and 6 days seems a bit little. After the 2nd day, the radiators stopped working, I don't know if it was due to a sudden breakdown or because there is an attempt to save money due to the war. A small soap, used up to the bone, and a sachet of bath foam that we didn't open to save money. Evidently, the cost of the stay does not support these large expenses.

Gentile sig. Pietro, come consuetudine resto a completa disposizione degli ospiti e delle loro esigenze, lo spiego in fase di prenotazione e soprattutto in presenza e durante il check in. Tutti i miei ospiti hanno i miei riferimenti e tanti modi per contattarmi. Apprendere solo al check out che ha avuto difficoltà con il riscaldamento purtroppo non aiuta nessuno, lei ha tenuto segreto il suo disagio e io non ho potuto rispondere a nessuna richiesta. Le faccio presente che il riscaldamento funzionava perfettamente, con tanto di cronologia di accensione ma purtroppo avete manomesso la caldaia spegnendo la funzione primaria dei radiatori, lasciando attiva solo la funzione acqua calda e oltretutto elevando la temperatura a 70 gradi. Tanto è quello che ho trovato il giorno della vostra uscita. E' indubbio che se mi avesse contattato non avrebbe avuto questi problemi. Fare ironia cosi a posteriori non serve a nulla, nè a lei ne a me nè a nessuno. Per quanto riguarda i prodotti per l'igiene personale, carta igienica e linea cortesia, è normale che nelle case vacanza sia fornita solo una scorta iniziale. Avrà sicuramente più attenzione nei suoi soggiorni futuri.

Well situated, but way too expensive for what it offers. Not very well equipped, not very clean either. If you arrive during the winter, do not forget to bring something to warm up. Otherwise, the host was very friendly.
