Consigliato. Ottimo.
Posizione ottimale a 20 minuti dal centro di Bologna in macchina; posto auto riservato.
Appartamento molto pulito grande e vivibile. Stanze grandi e luminose.
Il proprietario molto gentile ed attento.
Intorno ci sono supermercato, negozi, pub e farmacia.

Ho soggiornato in questo B&B il 3/4 luglio 2022 per motivi di salute e, concordo pienamente con le recensioni positive, Ampio, Confortevole, Pulito, in Posizione semi-Centrale Ben Servito, dotato di ogni comfort, apprezzabile la disponibilità e la cortesia del sig. Fulvio, sarà ormai il mio punto di riferimento ogni volta che dovrò tornare a Bologna. Consigliato.

Una struttura davvero ottima in una buonissima posizione, zona molto tranquilla e servita con fermate dei mezzi nelle vicinanze! Appartamento davvero confortevole e proprietario a dir poco gentilissimo e davvero disponibile.

Fulvio è un host gentile e disponibile, il nostro soggiorno è stato molto piacevole anche grazie al nostro comodo e confortevole appartamento.
La presenza del posto macchina nel comprensorio ha reso tutto veramente comodo.

Ho alloggiato presso la Residenza Mazzini due notti a fine maggio.
L’appartamento (rispecchia le foto) era pulito, molto spazioso, moderno e completo di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno.
Il proprietario Fulvio gentile e disponibile, anche per telefono, per qualsiasi esigenza risponde subito. A causa di un imprevisto, ho richiesto all’ultimo il prolungamento del soggiorno per una terza notte. Nonostante il mio poco preavviso, Fulvio è stato prontamente d’aiuto. Consiglio vivamente l’appartamento!

Arrivo sabato sera, accoglienza di Fulvio che da subito fa trasparire la sua disponibilità. La casa è pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort e silenziosa. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla tangenziale con posto auto interno.

Residenza ristrutturata, molto pulita, dotata dei comfort primari, molto comoda sia per la sua ubicazione che per la possibilità di poterne usufruire in piena libertà. È molto vicina al centro e, nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano: un Superstore, forno, esercizi pubblici e di shopping vari; poste, strutture sanitarie e la stazione delle ferrovie dello stato. Inoltre è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Molto comodo il parcheggio di pertinenza, all'aperto, recintato. Fulvio, il proprietario, è molto gentile, disponibile e attento alle vari esigenze, non trascurando il minimo dettaglio sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Consigliata!

Posizione vicina alla struttura sanitaria presso la quale dovevo affrontare l'intervento.
Un unico consiglio: sarebbe utile un bollitore con the o tisane, in aggiunta alla comoda macchina per il caffè, non avendo valide strutture per la colazione nelle vicinanza.

Residenza completamente ristrutturata, pulitissima, dotata di ogni comfort e molto funzionale sia all'interno che per l'ubicazione molto vicina al centro, varie strutture sanitarie, shopping e ben servita dai mezzi pubblici.
Comodissimo il parcheggio all'aperto, recintato. Abbiamo soggiornato circa una settimana ed è ideale per famiglie. Fulvio, il proprietario, è stato davvero gentile, disponibile e molto attento alle nostre esigenze, non trascurando il minimo dettaglio dall'arrivo alla partenza. Davvero un soggiorno in pieno relax in una struttura perfetta!
