The structure consists of three independent apartments exclusively for guests, completely renovated and equipped with all comforts. Each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is located on the second and third floor of a condominium with an elevator. Private parking is available upon reservation and subject to availability at a price of 5 euros per day.
The structure is located in a quiet residential area, not far from the historic center. It is well connected by public transport to all major points of interest in the city, such as the train station, highways, airport, trade fair center, VILLA LAURA HOSPITAL (400 meters), and SANT'ORSOLA/MALPIGHI POLYCLINIC.
All apartments have centralized heating with adjustable temperature control, free WiFi with fiber optic connection, LCD TV with digital terrestrial channels, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is available to our guests and is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, and a four-burner stove. There are also dishes, kitchen utensils, and a coffee machine with capsules. A cot for children under 3 years old is available upon request.
The Mazzini and Felsinea apartments have an area of 60 square meters and consist of an entrance, an open-plan living room-kitchen with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower cubicle, and a large balcony. All rooms are air-conditioned and there is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The Elena apartment has an area of 80 square meters and consists of a living room with a large balcony, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and two separate double bedrooms, with the option of choosing between a double bed or two single beds. The floors are parquet and there is a balcony.
The price is for the entire apartment for exclusive use and includes all utilities, bed linen, and bathroom set.

Pleasant accommodation with multiple rooms and a kitchen for use. Very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood. The landlord was very friendly and personally welcomed us. The accommodation is slightly outside the city center of Bologna, but easily accessible by public transport or on foot. A parking space is also available.

Very convenient for those who need to go to the Laura clinic in Bologna. Quiet place, easy to find, well served by means of transport, train included. Surrounded by many commercial activities, including supermarkets. Still recommended.

Recommended. Excellent. Optimal location 20 minutes from the center of Bologna by car; reserved parking space. Very clean, spacious, and livable apartment. Large and bright rooms. The owner is very kind and attentive. Around there are supermarket, shops, pubs, and a pharmacy.

I stayed at Residenza Mazzini on 3/4 July 2022 for health reasons and fully agree with the positive reviews. Spacious, Comfortable, Clean, in a semi-Central Well-Served location, equipped with every comfort. The availability and courtesy of Mr. Fulvio are appreciable; it will now be my reference point whenever I have to return to Bologna. Recommended.

I stayed at Residenza Mazzini for two nights at the end of May. The apartment (matches the pictures) was clean, very spacious, modern, and complete with everything needed for the stay. The owner Fulvio is kind and helpful, even by phone, he responds immediately to any need. Due to an unexpected event, I requested to extend my stay for a third night at the last minute. Despite my short notice, Fulvio promptly helped me. I highly recommend the apartment!

Residenza Mazzini renovated, very clean, equipped with primary comforts, very convenient both for its location and for the possibility of using it in complete freedom. It is very close to the center and, in the immediate vicinity, you can find: a Superstore, bakery, various public and shopping facilities; post office, healthcare facilities, and the state railway station. It is also well served by public transport. Very convenient outdoor, fenced parking. New and functional apartment, perfectly clean. The owner was very kind. Close to the healthcare facility where I had to undergo the procedure. One suggestion: it would be useful to have a kettle with tea or herbal teas, in addition to the convenient coffee machine, as there are no suitable breakfast facilities nearby.

Completely renovated Residenza Mazzini, very clean, equipped with every comfort and very functional both inside and for its very close location to the center, various health facilities, shopping, and well served by public transport. Convenient outdoor parking, fenced. We stayed for about a week and it is ideal for families. Fulvio, the owner, was really kind, helpful, and very attentive to our needs, not overlooking any detail from arrival to departure. Truly a relaxing stay in a perfect facility!
