Residenza Chiara is a cozy apartment located on the first floor of a building in a peaceful residential area, just a short distance from Villa Serena Hospital and the university campus. The location is convenient and well-served: the city center and the train station can be reached easily with a 20-minute walk, while bus stops are just a two-minute walk away. Nearby, you will find grocery stores, restaurants, takeout pizzerias, and fast food outlets.

The apartment features three bedrooms—two quadruple and one double—all equipped with air conditioning for the summer months, heating, a flat-screen TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Each room includes bed and bath linens, which are part of the rate, as well as the final cleaning service.

The shared bathroom for individual room bookings is equipped with a shower, sink, bidet, hairdryer, and washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, TV, and access to a balcony, available for preparing meals and breakfasts.

Residenza Chiara can be booked either as a whole apartment or by individual rooms, with shared access to the common areas. Upon request, a shuttle service to and from the station and airport is available for €10, and transfers to other destinations, including hospitals in the Bologna area, can also be arranged.
