I went to Riccione for a work conference and in the evening the return to Residenza Alma was like coming home, cozy, warm, and friendly. Mauro is very nice and super helpful, I will come back with my family!

Truly beyond expectations. Very helpful and kind manager. Large apartment, well furnished and with everything you need including a hairdryer with diffuser and coffee pods. Located a stone's throw from Palariccione. In short, perfect.

Very nice apartment equipped with everything you need. I stayed with a 1 year old baby and I had a great time. Excellent location right in the center and close to the sea. But the real plus is the manager Maurizio, a really nice person, helpful, kind and friendly.

Availability and typical courtesy of the people of Romagna. Excellent location just a few steps from the sea and the center but strategically positioned to avoid being in the midst of noisy streets in the center. Despite being close to the railway, the soundproofing is perfect and also facilitates the rest of those looking for a relaxing holiday. Definitely recommended.

Excellent accommodation, both in terms of location and tranquility. Excellent welcome from the manager, Maurizio was helpful and kind throughout the stay, also advising us on where to dine nearby. Our Karate group was able to rest very well during the competition weekend. Thank you Maurizio.

Spacious, comfortable and quiet apartment. Close to the area of Riccione that interested me. Direct and clear contact with the owner. Definitely worth trying again.

Wonderful accommodation and very helpful owner. Large apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen located on the first floor of a clean and comfortable semi-detached house both for the location and for parking the car (inside or outside the house gate). Super quiet area about 1 km as the crow flies from the sea. The owner was very kind, accommodating, and ready to provide everything he could to make our stay even more enjoyable right from the start. Highly recommended.

Great location a bit chaotic the area (there is a lot of traffic) but you are practically a stone's throw from the center of Riccione.\n\nMaurizio welcomed and treated us in an exemplary manner, and we will definitely come back to see him as soon as possible.\n\nI highly recommend it.

Great welcome, the manager, Maurizio, picked me up by car to the station. After explaining to him what I would do in the city and what my schedules and movements would be, he also provided me with a bicycle free of charge. I had no problem at all. Instead of the breakfast I said I wouldn't have, I was rewarded with a nice bottle of wine. Economical and spacious structure, overlooking the marina, great for those looking for non-luxurious accommodation or sea view but in a strategic location.

The property is located 100 meters from the famous restaurant Il Gambero Rosso. It is situated next to the hotel Il Veliero and is 200 meters from the central square and 100 meters from the port and promenade. From the balcony, one can enjoy the view of Rio Melo. I stayed in the two-room apartment equipped with a kitchen and two televisions, as well as soundproof windows that allow for a good amount of silence and tranquility. The property is a 5-minute walk from the train station. Nearby the property, there are numerous restaurants and pizzerias.
