At first we found this place very nice. Then we noticed that the cleaning in the bathroom was not great (long black hairs on the shower walls and hairs in the shower). We were in a cold period, but unfortunately the heating did not keep up: 17 to 19 degrees inside. Otherwise the rest is fine. Well located and quiet. Close to the center.

B&B located in a very central area, the city center can be reached in 10 minutes and this is definitely the property's strongest point. However, in my personal opinion, a few small changes could be made to make the stay perfect: - The mattress is very uncomfortable, or rather too soft and it sinks. - A small shelf could be added in the bathroom to place the minimum essentials. - Since cleaning service during the stay is not provided (except for a fee), it would be useful to leave at least a broom to sweep the floor. - It would also be useful to specify that there are no radiators but only two heat pumps, which unfortunately do not heat the house adequately. - The parking is not worth the 20 euros per day requested, as it is not a real parking lot but a space in a small courtyard. That said, the host is really kind and helpful.

Strategic location for visiting the city center, but that is the only positive thing. The mattress is foam and not recommended for people with back pain. The sheets are synthetic. In the bathroom it is impossible to place a toothbrush because there is no space. The furnishings are very dated and have been repainted. We are sorry, but we will definitely not return to this property. The price is excessive for the amenities offered. There is no fire extinguisher or smoke detector.

Il materasso a cui fa riferimento, ad esempio, non è in gommapiuma, ma un lattice ergonomico di alta gamma firmato Morfeus, scelto proprio per garantire il massimo comfort. Le lenzuola sono in misto cotone di qualità, e ci dispiace che non le abbia trovate di suo gradimento. Il bagno, come ben visibile dalle foto, è compatto ma completo e perfettamente funzionale: c’è spazio per tutto il necessario, spazzolino incluso. Per quanto riguarda l’arredamento, ci teniamo a precisare che non è affatto datato, ma frutto di una scelta precisa: restauriamo pezzi autentici, con uno stile curato e originale, lontano dall’omologazione. Sappiamo bene che questo non incontra sempre i gusti di tutti, e per chi cerca uno stile più anonimo, la prossima volta consigliamo di optare per un appartamento arredato in serie, così da non avere sorprese. Infine, in merito alla sicurezza: la struttura è completamente elettrica, quindi non è previsto per legge alcun obbligo di estintori o rilevatori di gas, e siamo perfettamente in regola con tutte le normative vigenti. Accettiamo volentieri critiche costruttive, ma quando vengono riportate informazioni non corrette sentiamo il dovere di rispondere. The B&B is located in a very central area. This is undoubtedly the establishment's strong point. However, the value for money is unfortunately poor. Having baroque-style furniture and ornaments is not enough if they are run-down and covered with too much paint: they convey neglect more than elegance. The mattress and the armchair in the room were sagging and uncomfortable. The bathroom has no support points: even the toothbrush has to be left on the room's table, which is also painted. No cleaning service is provided during the stay. After four days a sweep would have been necessary. Towels are not changed either: remaining damp in the bathroom without being able to dry, they end up smelling bad. For a rate of 175 euros per night, one would expect at least a higher level of service, or the price should be reviewed.

The structure is located on the ground floor in the courtyard of a historic building, quiet, with no annoying noise. Furnished with vintage furniture treated with the shabby technique, essential bathroom. Central location, very convenient for visiting the city but also for moving easily to public facilities. Around many shops and various types of dining establishments. The host is kind and helpful.

We stayed in this apartment for the end of October holidays. The apartment, with a romantic style and personality, is located on the ground floor, in the atrium of a beautiful building. For this reason, it can be a bit dark. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, breakfast can be arranged. The bathroom, small, has a large and comfortable shower. I read about a person who complained about the mattress; perhaps it is a bit soft, but it did not prevent rest. The location is perfect: a stone's throw from the nightlife in Piazza Aldrovandi and 10 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. I will return.

Perfect location to discover the city on foot! Our host was helpful and responsive, the place was clean and well equipped. The place is dark as it is on the ground floor of a courtyard, but it's a fair price to pay to avoid the street's noise.

The apartment is in a great location, in the center but in a quiet area. Everything is reachable on foot without any problems, it is about ten minutes from the two Towers. It is clean and equipped with everything, towels and hairdryer, TV, double bed, air conditioning, and full kitchen. Cristina and Karina were very kind and reliable. The position of the structure is excellent. The apartment is not very big, but it is well organized and quite clean. To improve, it would be appropriate to add some elements in the kitchen and change the mattress of the bed.
