The Mirasole Residence is located in the centre of Bologna, within the historic district, a few minutes away from Piazza Maggiore, 800 Metres from the Rizzoli Hospital and 50 metres from the Tribunal.
It's the ideal solution for those who desire a stay offering complete freedom, without renouncing comfort and charm. The apartments are available for short stays, work and pleasure transfers or for ward visits at the nearby Rizzoli Hospital.
The apartments have recently been renovated and tastefully furnished in typical Bolognese style.
We are located in the typical quarter, which has preserved all the characteristics of old times. Here typical historical taverns and famous restaurants can be found and you can enjoy regional dishes in a unique atmosphere.
Our spacious and comfortable apartments are located in a typical Bolognese building. The studio flat in particular has two bright windows from where the Torre degli Asinelli can be seen.
Some apartments are located on the ground floor, which are ideal for those who have mobility problems or for those convalescing.
The apartments have been recently restored and furnished with antique furniture. The rooms are double or single with ample wardrobe space, with a dining area, a comfortable sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with a shower and toilet, TV with digital satellite, heating and air conditioning.
The apartments are clean and linen is provided. Daily cleaning can be arranged, however we will discuss what is the best arrangement to suit your needs.
We can offer you the following services on request:
Private transfer with a driver at special rates, taxi bookings, fax/email facilities and breakfast. In addition we can prepare you a delicious lunch or dinner delivered straight to your apartment.

I booked for my father who is 73 years old and had to assist my mother hospitalized at Villa Regina. The location of Residence Mirasole is excellent, in the city center and at the same time close to the hospital, served by public transport and in a quiet area. The studio has everything: from the washing machine to the iron and the cleaning is done thoroughly. The provided linen is also of good quality. But the strong point of this residence is represented by the manager, Ilaria, a truly accommodating and kind person who tries to please her customers in every way. If you are looking for professionalism, seriousness, but also an approach.

Great structure, very large, with a cellar/hobby area that is very cool and clean. The manager was very kind in bringing us the keys and in picking them up, making everything available to us. Great location. Highly recommended.
