Our accomodations are located close to the historic center, just outside the limited trafic are, easily reachable by car or public transport. They are located in a strategic area from which you can reach the train station, the city center, the Polyclinic, the Hesperia Hospital Clinic, the University of the studies, the Maserati, the Enzo Ferrari museum, the military academy, the ancient balsamic vinegar farmhouse and the best restaurants in Modena.

All the studios are recently renovated, bright, comfortable and functional both in the structure and in the furnishings.

Equipped with all comforts, ideal for short stays from 1 to 4 people.

The studio apartment is well divided between sleeping and living areas, with a kitchenette, a small sofa and a dining/breakfast table. Everything was very clean and bright. The bathroom has a large window and the bedroom a patio door; both open onto a comfortable balcony. There are plenty of drawers and clothing stands. I only had direct (and friendly) contact with the doorman. It is close to the historic center, but there are good parking options nearby.

The apartment is well located less than a kilometer walk from the historic center. Located in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is in a good location for moving around the city or walking to the center. The studio is very well organized in terms of space and the instructions found in a notebook that is located in the apartment. There is a refrigerator, TV, microwave, and coffee machine. The kitchen has an induction cooktop. I note the presence of the washing machine, which was very useful for me. One note about the cookware provided, which should be replaced because the non-stick coating is damaged. For the rest, we had a great time and I highly recommend it.

Perfect studio for a weekend. Small but quite modern, compact and functional. The coffee machine wasn't working. Good location about fifteen minutes walk from the center.

Modern studio, we stayed 2 nights with 2 kids, just to sleep and as a base to move to Maranello. Kitchen with dishes, microwave. Spacious shower but not even a shampoo kit. Only observations for Giorgia who was very kind and super quick in responding to requests: more cleanliness under the bed and maybe add ground coffee and some tea bags for the morning. About 15, 20 minutes walk from the center. I recommend the property for short stays.

The apartment is very close to the center, reachable with a short walk. Parking spaces are located in front of the building, they are free on weekends and holidays. The apartment has a private bathroom. It is clean and equipped with everything necessary. Wide selection of breakfast products. The host's welcome was excellent.

Strategic location near the center of Modena. Nothing is missing in the room, as well as in the kitchen and on the balcony, everything is like in a house! Every little detail is there (even the umbrella stand and umbrellas). Stayed for only two nights, but in a family atmosphere. I stayed with my 88-year-old father and he also appreciated and gave a positive rating on everything, 10 and praise! Thank you Giorgia! Until next time! Bernadette.
