This farmhouse from the early 1800s has been completely renovated in a perfect conservative style and boasts six bedrooms, a wonderful garden, and a beautiful swimming pool. With ample indoor and outdoor spaces, it's the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Gianluca, a young architect from Rimini, strongly desired to restore life to his family's property, the Podere Fabbrani. He began his journey by reclaiming the surrounding land, which is now used for cultivating ancient grains, chickpeas, and corn. He then moved on to the renovation of the farmhouse, which began hosting guests in June 2022.

Surrounded by greenery even though a bit out of the way. Very clean rooms, well-maintained and elegantly renovated spaces. Very warm welcome thanks to Dalila, who conveys passion for the area and its products. Highly recommended.

Podere Fabbrani is a truly beautiful and very pleasant place in the midst of nature. A place to completely relax, bringing tranquility from the moment one enters, yet still offering nice possibilities for beautiful spots and cute restaurants to visit. Although climbing up and down the hills every time is not something everyone enjoys. The room was super cute with a lot of attention to detail and atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, especially with the cakes and cookies homemade by Dalila. She was undoubtedly the cherry on top that made our stay unforgettable.

We stayed in this beautiful property for only 2 nights, but we will return. The willingness to assist us with a small mishap by Mrs. Nunzia and her husband, the owners, is priceless, as only Romagnoli know how to do. We were welcomed at the property by a lovely lady who made us feel at home. Immersed in greenery amidst the Romagnolo hills. The recently renovated farmhouse has a nice pool where you can relax. Our spotless room had a scent that never left us. The breakfast was excellent with homemade sweets. We will definitely return. Thank you for everything.

Amazing place in the middle of nature. Abundant breakfast, great swimming pool. Old yet charming building with modern bathroom. The host was very accommodating and giving tips for restaurants and places to see. A little bit in the middle of nowhere, but highly recommended.

We spent three days in this wonderful establishment. The cleanliness and comfort are top-notch. Mrs. Laura is really very nice and helpful. She also made the kitchen available, which is well equipped. It is definitely a place to revisit, especially in summer.
