The structure is opposite the Policlinico Sant'Orsola, and is adjacent to the ALBERTONI entrance, (in front of the 2-5 halls) and less than 300 meters from the private hospitals "Villa Torri" and "Nigrisoli"
The Bed is a newly refurbished apartment on the second floor with lift and fully equipped with new furniture.

The rooms can be equipped on request with double bed or single beds, with the possibility of a third extra bed and are all equipped with private bathroom, 32 ° TV and air conditioning.

The house has a comfortable kitchen, where everything is left to guests' disposal for a quiet and private self - service breakfast and can be used by the same, for themselves, for the preparation and consumption of fast meals.

Bellissima struttura, nuova, moderna, pulita, vicinissima all'ospedale Sant'Orsola. Gentile il gestore che ci ha aspettati e aiutati con le valigie. Torneremo sicuramente.

Proprietario molto gentile, posizione comodissima sia rispetto al centro sia rispetto il policlinico S. Orsola. potrebbe migliorare un po' la pulizia della cucina e dei bagni in camera. Nella nostra camera con il bagno, mancava uno specchio lungo e la persiana del balcone un po’ rotta, credo che la struttura abbia bisogno di più attenzione da parte del gestore.

Ci dispiace per l'inconveniente della serranda (non è nuovissima) ma è funzionante ed è stato un caso isolato e può capitare.. e subito risolto dal proprietario. La struttura è stata ristrutturata l'anno scorso e quasi tutto è nuovo e cerchiamo sempre di migliorare per rendere comodo il soggiorno. Le pulizie vengono eseguite ogni giorno come avrete verificato quindi se ci indicate esattamente cosa non andava prenderemo i provvedimenti necessari se non si è trattato anche in questo caso solo di un caso isolato. Comunque vi ringraziamo e speriamo di avervi ancora come nostri ospiti e accettiamo sempre sia i complimenti sia le critiche per migliorarci sempre di più. cordiali saluti.
