Bed and breakfast located in the countryside, surrounded by greenery, in the Po Delta Park, in a quiet area just a few meters from a fantastic pine forest with marked cycling routes.
Less than 1 km from Mirabilandia (also reachable safely by bike path) and the Ravenna Safari Park.
Possibility of tailor-made "packages" with tickets only for the park and/or also with Mirabeach.
Inside the natural park in Cervia is "Cerviavventura". The sea is 2 km away, Lido di Classe, Lido di Savio Cervia, and Milano Marittima. In about 45 minutes you can reach the hills, from Castrocaro Terme, Bertinoro, Fratta Terme..

The rooms are equipped with a brand new air conditioning system.

From the moment of booking, Mauro was extremely helpful with information and requests. The welcome was no less: he and his wife made us feel immediately at home. We found the room spacious, clean and air-conditioned, with the bathroom just outside the door. There was no TV, but that was not a necessity for us. Breakfast was excellent. The location is great for going to Mirabilandia. We will definitely return and recommend this property.

Room not as in the photos, does not accept POS payments and does not issue the invoice immediately after payment, records with a camera in the living room/breakfast room (this really made me angry). It is not comfortable and safe to reach Mirabilandia on foot. I read that other people had a good experience, but not me and my kids.

An excellent support for those like us who have booked a visit to the park. The structure is welcoming, with spacious rooms equipped with everything you need, super efficient air conditioning, the bathroom is private even if not inside the room and the location is really great, not even two minutes from the parks in a very quiet area. The manager Mauro is very helpful, friendly, and precise. A truly excellent experience, we will definitely return when we are in the area.

Excellent facility, very efficient air conditioning, excellent breakfast. In a quadruple room, maybe I would add one more socket (there was only one) but the manager provided us with a multiple socket without hesitation. Very helpful. Thank you for hosting us! We will definitely come back.

Everything was perfect. The room itself is clean and comfortable, the hosts are very kind and helpful. They even came to the train station and transported us by car to Mirabilandia. Awesome place.

I stayed for two nights with my girlfriend at Pineta Ravenna. We had a fantastic weekend. The bed and breakfast is in a very convenient location that allows you to quickly reach many centers (Ravenna, Cervia, Cesenatico, Mirabilandia, Milano Marittima, etc.). The location is really nice; the bed and breakfast is set within a pine forest that allows you to enjoy a tranquility and a very picturesque landscape typical of Romagna. Icing on the cake: Mauro, the owner of the property, a really exquisite person, made us feel at home. A little episode to describe the person: my girlfriend had forgotten her phone at home, we wrote him a message to ask if he had one to give us. He didn't even wait 10 minutes to contact us by phone and solve the problem, even though it was Saturday night. I feel like recommending a stay in the property to everyone: families, couples, or even groups of friends. Seeing is believing!

The manager of the property is really kind and easygoing, made us feel welcomed right away, super helpful, even gave us several rides to Mirabilandia. The property has a tram stop a few meters away, perfect for returning from Mirabilandia late at night. The only flaw is the bike path that connects the property to Mirabilandia, not easily passable and is unsafe (not illuminated and invaded by brambles). We highly recommend the tram.

Simple structure, very minimalist but they are marginal to cleanliness, courtesy, availability of the owner, silence of the place and a stone's throw from the major attractions. I feel like recommending it, or at least I would go back, together with my family composed of two adults and two children aged 4 and 8.

With my husband and my two children aged 5 and 13, we recently stayed at Pineta Ravenna for a weekend at Mirabilandia. I must say it was the first time we stayed in a Bed and Breakfast, and we really enjoyed it. The owner is kind and helpful, the room is very spacious for 4 people and well maintained, excellent cleanliness, and very good breakfast service. The only thing we didn't know and discovered only upon arrival is that we had to share the bathroom with other guests of the property.

The owner is very kind and helpful to our needs, the environment is welcoming and well-kept, the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended, we will definitely return.

Pleasant and comfortable situation for young people like me who use the Bed and Breakfast as a base. Quiet and cool area in summer. Retro-style rooms but very clean. Excellent bathroom. Extremely kind and caring manager. I will definitely come back! Thank you Mauro.

Weekend at Mirabilandia. The B&B is very close to the park, you could even walk there. The owner is welcoming and very helpful (for the arrival time, for breakfast, for advice on the area). Modern furnishings, large room and bathroom, really spacious. Top cleanliness. Really cheap price. Highly recommended.

We often go to Mirabilandia and every time we stay very willingly in this B&B, known by chance, but really very nice and welcoming. The owner is kind and helpful.

I stayed one night with my family and some friends to spend the weekend at Pineta Ravenna and we were extremely happy. The owner was kind and helpful as few are seen, clean rooms and a nice structure, very quiet area with a delicious breakfast. The only flaws we found were the shared bathrooms (even though one was assigned exclusively for us and our friends) and if there had been a fan during the night it would have been better, but the period was really hot so it's a debatable detail. Very close to Mirabilandia and the Safari Park, we walked back with 2 girls around 7 years old. We had a great time.
