The entire structure has been renovated with new modern furniture, a double bed with a double mattress, a sofa bed in the room, an ensuite bathroom, and heating. It is very convenient for Rizzoli, the outpatient clinic, and bus stop number 30 which is only 10 meters away. Rizzoli is 900 meters away, and the outpatient clinic is 1 km away, reachable in 4 minutes by bus number 30.
There is a shared kitchen with a lounge. We are located in the heart of the historic center, close to the Cavour Gallery, one of the most important places in Bologna, near Piazza Maggiore.

Excellent location compared to the center of Bologna. It is not complicated to reach it from the central station, nor is it far, about 30 minutes on foot. Well-arranged room with a very good mattress and pillows. There is also a TV. Spacious bathroom. Very quiet environment. The essentials are guaranteed.
