Our house is located in a peaceful residential area in the countryside of Bellaria Igea Marina, not far from the sea and surrounded by greenery.

A convenient cycle path connects the house to the beach and bathing establishments, which are about 2 km away.

We offer guests various types of accommodation: rooms with and without kitchen facilities, one-bedroom apartments, and mini-apartments. All rooms overlook the property, the garden or the surrounding fields.

Barbecue facilities are available upon prior arrangement.

The property has a large private parking area. Indoor parking is also available (even for motorcycles or bicycles).

I have a beautiful villa in the countryside was of my in-laws I thought to make it available to guests, to be able to relax with the good air you breathe, here we feel serenity and well-being.

Area countryside

It is located just 2 km from the town of Igea Marina and the center town of Bellaria with its Isola dei Platani known for its many shops and restaurants.

The house is situated in a convenient location close to the main roads of the district:

Just 6 km from the Rimini Nord motorway A14 Bologna Taranto access. The Rimini-Bologna stretch with three lanes allows you to quickly reach the main cities of the North-Italy and the major airports in the region.

1, 5 km away is the National Road 16 Adriatica, which allows you to visit the most beautiful places on the Adriatic coast: Rimini, Riccione, Cattolica, Bellaria, Cesenatico, Milano Marittima known for beaches, theme parks and entertainment facilities, up in Ravenna famous for its mosaics.

There are several roads to the hinterland with its quaint medieval villages rich in history and regional food and wine. Santarcangelo di Romagna, Verucchio, San Leo, San Marino and Gradara are just a few of the best known. These small towns are often connected to each other also by bike paths and hiking trails also equestrian.

For shopping, more and 6 km, is the shopping center Romagna Shopping Valley, with hypermarket, over 100 shops and Outlet.

We booked this accommodation for one night, we arrived around 4.30 pm but there was no one at the booking address, we immediately called the owner where she informed us that the apartment was in the countryside and not by the sea as per the booking address. And already here the first disappointment! Ok we ask her to give us the address to be able to go and take a shower and then go to dinner, and we are told that we could only enter the apartment after 8.30 pm! Are we joking? On the reservation the time was indicated from 1.30 pm onwards. We complained to the owner but with no success, the problem is that we had already paid and therefore we could only settle. After these two serious problems, we finally go to the apartment, tired after a trip from Milan, and we encounter another problem! The apartment that the lady assigns us is absolutely not the one from the photos of our reservation, two connecting rooms with a bathroom with 1950s style furniture, old and uncomfortable furniture! I would never have paid for those two terrible and shabby rooms and far from the sea. The owner should have communicated all these changes beforehand and we would have decided whether to confirm and pay or find another accommodation. I wouldn't go back.

Siamo persone molto disponibili pronti a risolvere qualsiasi problema abbiamo degli orari di check in e mi spiace se questo ha scaturito rabbia nei nostri confronti. Gli orari sono indicati con due accessi.negli altri orari lavoriamo per cui dalle 16.00 in poi nn siamo disponibili. Per quanto riguarda le camere mi spiace se nn sono state di suo gradimento.pensavo avesse gradito avere due camere al prezzo di una invece di dormire in 3 in un letto e due nei rispettivi letti...le camere hanno ognuna il proprio bagno e nn sono assolutamente comunicanti..poteva dirlo subito e le avremmo restituito immediatamente i soldi indietro ed era libero di cercare qualcosa di migliore. Le do un consiglio la prossima volta esprima i suoi dissapori..

I was very welcomed by Ida and Enzo. On the day of my departure, I almost felt like I was saying goodbye to a part of my family. Ida always made sure that I had everything, especially enough to eat. Also it was no problem that I did not speak Italian. There was always an offer to drive me to the train station or to the supermarket, as I was traveling without a car. The accommodation is very quiet and has everything you need to find your way around. I found it ideal to be able to relax for a few days and concentrate. Many thanks to Ida and Enzo for the nice time. I keep you in very good memory and we'll see you again soon!

We stayed one night on a weekend in July at this bed and breakfast just outside Igea Marina. The room has a very vintage style with a recently built private bathroom equipped with all accessories. The hostess was very helpful providing us with useful advice on where to eat or what to see. The only flaw was the incorrect indication of the address that leads you to believe you are staying on the seafront when in reality the bed and breakfast is located in the surrounding countryside, requiring the use of a car to get around. Really great value for money. Recommended.

Nice, clean room, equipped with everything needed, in a beautiful old farmhouse, in a quiet area, center of Igea Marina and beaches reachable by bike or car. Very good breakfast with organic products, homemade sweets by the very kind Lisa, attentive to the needs of the guests and always available. For families and not only for those who prefer them, the possibility of beautiful apartments, equipped with everything and very well maintained. Outside, a small gazebo and another one under construction. Recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the B&B Pan & Cioccolato in Igea Marina! The B&B was very clean and close to the sea. We stayed there in January, so you can just imagine how busy the town is in summer time.\n\nThank you for everything!

Quiet and lovely fresh place 3 km from the center of Bellaria. Garden with shaded gazebos available. Welcoming, helpful, and caring managers. The center of Bellaria is easily reachable by bike through quiet country roads and cycle paths. A place to come back to.
