Apartment composed of a small kitchen and two rooms with en-suite bathroom. Renovated about 1 year ago, it is all new and of great charm and design. The extremely quiet rooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Close to historic center, Maggiore hospital, suprrmarket. About 2 km from train station and airport. Close to stadium. At 2 minutes there is a bus stop for every destination.

Very close to the Maggiore Hospital, reachable on foot in 5 minutes! Clean, cozy and quiet room! I recommend it! If I may, I would add a courtesy set for guests (soap, shower cap, etc., disposable).

Everything was fine, except that I am not used to having a very high and firm pillow, which prevented me from sleeping comfortably. My fault; I did not check the wardrobe to see if there was another one.

I think that the manager and the cleaning staff have neglected some things a bit. The sheets were not ironed, the toilet bowl had 2 cm of dark crust at the top edge, and the toilet brush was all dirty. I mean, a new brush costs 1.5 euros; when it’s all dirty, one could buy a new one. The toilet seat was misaligned and wobbly. The support did not hold it steady and was of a different size than the porcelain bowl. The shower drain was partially clogged with dirt-soap-hair, the shower head was calcified, and I had to clean it myself. The shower glass had many water spots from previous guests, and the sink plug was missing. However, the floor was clean and there was no dust, meaning they dusted well. Additionally, there was a power strip on the edge of the sink that goes against all safety regulations. If water splashes, it creates a nice short circuit. The towel hangers were either missing or wobbly, so if you’re not careful when hanging the towel, it will fall to the ground. It’s a pity because the room is in a very convenient location if you need to go to the Ospedale Maggiore and it has been recently renovated. Also, for breakfast, there was a kettle and tea and coffee, and a mini-fridge in the room, which is positive.

Excellent bed and breakfast. Cozy and comfortable room. Close to several places in the city. Excellent value for money. If there were the possibility to also have breakfast it would be exceptional. Highly recommended.

Excellent and welcoming as a place to stay if you need a place to sleep. Helpful staff and automated check-in management with home automation. Clean and tidy, in renovated but a bit small spaces. Very comfortable bed.

Helpful and friendly manager. Good location, about 20 minutes walk from the center. Several bus stops nearby as well. Clean and tidy room. Only downside is a bit of a bad smell coming from the bathroom drains, which are still very clean.

The structure is located in a rather convenient and central position. For those arriving by car, there are paid 'blue' parking spaces on the street (but also a large private parking nearby). The room where we stayed is very nice, all in shades of blue. Excellent cleanliness, also in the bathroom, which has a very nice shower (no bidet). Comfortable bed, quiet room...we slept great. We communicated with the manager via WhatsApp, because the check-in is completely automatic (easy and convenient). Overall, we had a very good experience, recommended.
