The idea of renting it is because it does not remain empty in the months not used by us.

We spent a pleasant few days in this house right in front of the sea. The apartment is clean, cozy and well organized, perfect even for a family with children. The beach included in the price in front of the house was very convenient, as was having shops and services a short walk away. The automatic check-in is simple and works well. The hosts were kind, helpful and always attentive to our requests, making us feel supported even from a distance. We thank them for their availability and for making our stay even more pleasant. We had a good time and would gladly return.

May Day weekend at the Ferrara beaches. Quiet and pleasant place for a family holiday. Nice apartment, equipped with everything necessary (even a dishwasher: I didn't have to wash dishes for three days). Convenient and strategic location: you cross the road and are immediately on the beach, very handy with a newborn. Fifth floor with a spacious elevator. Host very helpful, both during booking and in explaining in detail how to enter the apartment, as there is automatic check-in. Will definitely return, even for longer stays.
