Welcome to my apartments! Located in the historical center and in the heart of the nightlife, the apartments are equipped with all comforts and are perfect for your stay. The strategic location will allow you to experience the gastronomic, cultural, and artistic center of Parma.
A few meters away, there is a taxi and bus stop, connected to the train station, alternatively reachable with a 15-minute walk.
The apartments, located in the heart of Parma, are in a Restricted Traffic Zone, so if you arrive by car, I recommend leaving it in the 24-hour Goito parking lot, which is only a 6-minute walk away (easily accessible from the highway).
The apartments have recently been completely renovated but have retained the charm of the historical context in which they are located (in this very building, Giovannino Guareschi, an Italian journalist, humorist, caricaturist, and writer of the famous Don Camillo and Peppone series, once lived).
Situated in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw from Piazza Garibaldi and excellently served by public transport, they are ideal for a stay dedicated to culture, shopping, and the discovery of Parmesan gastronomic traditions.
Fully furnished, including kitchen accessories, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, dressers, and wardrobes for clothes. TV + WiFi connection (Fast Connection).
These lovely apartments are comfortable if you are a family of four, great if you are a couple on vacation, but they are also suitable for those traveling for work, study, or cultural interests.
To access the apartments, I will provide you with codes that will allow you to enter independently without the use of keys.

The structure is in a restricted traffic zone, it must be clearly indicated. The manager is available but a bit distracted. Many misunderstandings. To enter, you have to manage by following written instructions. No one at the reception.
