We stayed for three nights earlier this month. The property is perfectly situated within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, museums and restaurants, yet very quiet. The house is very elegant, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Patrizia provides a lovely breakfast with a variety of fruits, pastries and scrambled eggs. She is the perfect hostess.

It was beautiful and so clean! Patrizia the host was warm and welcoming! Breakfast was perfect to start our day but not so heavy we could not fulfill our day of eating activities! The homemade yogurt was wonderful. Only cons: we struggled with getting the door open but that might be an us thing.

After 10 days in Italy, I saved the best till last. I was greeted by Patrizia who is such a lovely lady and showed me around. The lounge is like a palace and throughout there are so many beautiful things to admire. However, she makes you feel at home, not in a museum as the furnishings still have a warm feel about them. My room was big, spacious, clean, had so much character and even the quality of the bed sheets made you feel like royalty. Breakfast was served with so much love, home made yoghurt, beautiful pastries and bread, fruit, juice, coffee etc. Parma is a fabulous city, the Duomo is literally a 2 minute walk away and the food is amazing. Its also only a 10 minute stroll to the station, so just about perfect really.

We loved everything about Patrizia’s property, a beautiful 18th-century apartment which is large and furnished impeccably. Parma is a magnificent town that has so much charm. The property is very nice, in a central location but away from the hustle and bustle, with only 3 rooms, which makes the environment very peaceful. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely 3 nights stay at B&B Al Battistero d'Oro. The location is ideal, very central but in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is beautifully furnished and the access to the grand living room is a plus. Our room was spacious and spotless, with very comfortable mattress and bed linen. The breakfasts were freshly made. Our host, Patrizia, was very kind to us, eager to help and make us feel right at home. We highly recommend a stay at B&B Al Battistero d'Oro. This was wonderful, one of the very best we have ever encountered. We loved the large, airy, bright and comfortable living room where we could rest, read, relax and enjoy a drink. The location was perfect, on a quiet street but very close to the city center with many shops, restaurants, museums and amenities. Our hostess was delightful, kind and hospitable. It was an amazing stay. Patrizia is an awesome and wonderful host. From the time of booking to my arrival she was very proactive. She communicated with me directly on WhatsApp and asked my arrival time. She gave me all the guidance and direction on how to get to the apartment. I walked from the train station and it was pretty straightforward. The B&B is simply beautiful, classic, and just an amazing Italian mansion. I was in total awe of the house. Patrizia gave me a very warm welcome. We connected and chatted. She gave me great recommendations on where to eat. It felt like home away from home. The breakfast was simple with bread, yogurt, fruit, and coffee. It was perfect to start the day. My duchess room was cozy and very beautifully decorated. OMG, I just loved everything about the B&B. I was quite sad to go. I even tried to come back but my travel plans changed. This tells how much I enjoyed staying here. Thank you Patrizia for making my stay so memorable. I will be back soon. My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the B&B Al Battistero d'Oro, and wish we could have stayed much longer! We have traveled fairly much, and it is one of the most exceptional places we have ever stayed. Patrizia is an amazing host. She was attentive, responsive, and thoroughly delightful. Conversations with her were enjoyable and informative. The house is gorgeous, with beautiful furnishings and high ceilings. Our room was lovely, with a huge bedroom and bath. The breakfasts were plentiful and beautifully presented, with fresh breads and pastries, juice, yogurt, granola, fruit, and coffee. The location was perfect for walking all around Parma. I wish that all bed and breakfasts were as perfect as this one! If we are ever in Parma again, we will definitely stay here!

The rooms are very clean and tidied daily, only issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged and I had to turn on and off the water while using so as not to flood the room. Wonderful location, so cute and easy access to everything.

B&B Al Battistero d'Oro was an excellent place to stay. Our treatment by the host was exemplary. Breakfasts were freshly made, with a wide variety of foods. Multiple types of bread and croissants, yogurt with musli, fresh juice (not sure what type) and fruit were beautifully presented. One minor quirk was that there were no tissues in the room.

We spent four nights in Parma and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Patrizia was a lovely host, very warm and hospitable. We were looking for a special place to celebrate my birthday. Patrizia not only recommended the restaurant, but she made the reservations for us, as well. Her suggestion was excellent. The B&B rooms are large and very atmospheric, with lovely wood beams in the ceiling. Breakfast was plentiful and changed a bit each day. It was an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go in Parma, including the train station. My husband and I highly recommend this property.

The welcome was perfect, our hostess suggested her good addresses for us to have an excellent stay. However, I found the room a bit dark and the bathroom very spartan. But overall, the welcome was charming and the place is very quiet.

Good morning, on behalf of Vega International Tools and colleagues who stayed at B&B Al Battistero d'Oro, I write to express a warm thank you to the owner. The kindness and helpfulness shown stood out compared to other establishments. She even went out of her way to prepare breakfast for two other colleagues who were staying in a nearby B&B (where breakfast was not offered at all). Pleasant and welcoming environment. Beautiful and elegant structure. Very central and convenient location to visit the city. Very nice to have a part of such a beautiful house available for a few days. The owner, Patrizia, is very kind, friendly, and helpful. Everything is well taken care of, suitable for those who love details. Highly recommended.
