Nettuno 29 is a Bed & Breakfast, which means it is a guesthouse with breakfast included. The apartment is conveniently located for both business trips and sightseeing. It is a 10-minute walk from the Fairgrounds, 21 minutes from the Train Station, and 30 minutes from the Two Towers (Historical Center).

Inside, you will find an elegant and refined design, meticulously crafted in every detail. Each room has a private bathroom and shares the living room, balcony, and kitchenette.

The space.

The apartment consists of 2 rooms, each of which is rented separately. The Vintage room has an en-suite bathroom, meaning it is located within the room itself, while the Jungle room has a private bathroom right next to it. Each room has a Queen-Size bed and a Single bed with Memory Foam mattresses to ensure maximum comfort.

Breakfast is included in the rate and is arranged in partnership with a Bar to ensure the freshness of the products. The kitchen is available to all guests who wish to cook and is equipped with all the necessary tools for meal preparation, such as stovetops, microwave, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, oil, salt, etc.

A place suited for those who get drunk on technology! I struggled a lot to get into the room, as if that wasn't enough, there's an additional complication: after a few seconds, you're left in the dark fiddling with your phone and the door opener! I managed to get in thanks to the guests already at the B&B who weren't afraid of human beings and opened the door for me. I couldn't wait to flee from Nettuno29. In my hasty escape, I even left the breakfast vouchers behind. I hope I never need a place like this again and I wish to always meet human beings who reciprocate my kindness and courtesy.

Io posso solo dirle che le ho fornito tutti gli elementi per accedere in modo facile e veloce alla struttura, ma lei ha dimostrato di aver ignorato qualsiasi tipo di istruzione, ha persino ignorato l'orario di checkin (14. 00) pretendendo di trovare la camera pronta alle 10. 00 (orario di checkout) quando il personale delle pulizie stava ancora pulendo la camera. Non si è nemmeno preoccupato di chiamarmi per chiedere assistenza in merito all'accesso in struttura, motivo che dimostra che alla fine non è stato così complitato se ha ritenuto di non averne bisogno. Le risparmio la descrizione sulle condizioni in cui ho trovato la camera, ai limiti dell'immaginazione. Spero che la sua recensione non impatti negativamente sulla mia struttura perché quello che ha descritto lei è l'esatto opposto di quello che è realmente. Le auguro una buona giornata.

Fourth floor with a key-operated elevator, automated check-in through a link provided by the host along with detailed and simple instructions. Convenient location in a quiet area. The Jungle Room is comfortable, clean, and very unique in its decor, with an external bathroom to the room equipped with everything necessary. Clean, spacious kitchen available for guests. Great breakfast at the bar downstairs. I would come back!

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at Nettuno 29 Room & Breakfast in Via del Lavoro in Bologna. From the moment of my arrival, the owner, always reachable by mobile phone, did everything to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The Vintage Room, perfect in style, combined with exceptional service, made my stay truly memorable. Very far from the city center and 20 minutes from Bologna Centrale station. It was not a good choice on our part, as we were only staying one night in Bologna and visiting other cities during the day. However, the accommodation is comfortable and clean, with a common area with a kitchen and it offered 2 bars where to pick up breakfast.

Great experience. Extremely kind owner and available for all information about public transport and the city. Immaculately clean, well-furnished structure. In the kitchen there is a coffee machine, with the possibility of classic and decaffeinated coffee, and a kettle with water for tea and herbal teas. For breakfast, you have a voucher for each person worth 5 euros, to be used in one of the two affiliated bars. When I return to Bologna, I will definitely stay here. Highly recommend.

I stayed only one night, to go to the Fair, the location of the structure is only 8 minutes by car, so close. Breakfast provided at the bar, vegan and without having notified beforehand, very kind. The room and the bathroom were very clean. I was with my dogs, accepted by the structure, which is a 5-minute walk from the dog area. The only point I can make concerns the 9 given to the structure (I still slept and it is probably my problem, since I live in the countryside), the noise from the street coming through the windows. I can only recommend this structure and if I need it I would book again.

Federico manages a gem of a property, an apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. Renovated, clean, and meticulously maintained, it is in a convenient location, especially for those arriving by car avoiding the ZTL. The highlight is the organization; Federico has built a maniacal process that makes guests completely autonomous. It will be a pleasure to return when the opportunity arises. Structure not in the center, but with a bus stop a few steps away, with which you can reach the center of Bologna in 15 minutes. Access in self check-in too cumbersome. Manager never seen. Reception and services reduced to the essential or less (we did not find a bottle of water). Complete, instead, the instructions to enter the room. Everything depends on the functioning of the smartphone on which to download the keypad for opening the gate, house door, and also the door of the room. I can't imagine how one could return home if they were to lose or run out of battery on the smartphone.

Ci tengo innanzitutto a precisare che la presenza di self check-in è ampiamente segnalata sulla pagina della struttura (prima di effettuare la prenotazione) ed è inoltre segnalata nell'email che arriva subito dopo la conferma. Immagino non abbia letto attentamente nell'email che è possibile, in caso venga richiesto dall'ospite (cosa che lei non ha fatto), di effettuare l'avccesso senza lo smartphone in struttura. La tranquillizzo quindi informandola che c'è la possibilità di accedere anche senza smartphone. Per quanto riguarda la distanza dal centro: anche questa è possibile visionarla prima di effettuare la prenotazione. Non capisco la severità del suo giudizio nei miei confronti dal momento nel quale io mi sono messo a sua completa disposizione per qualsiasi dubbio. Potrei dire lo stesso di lei che non si è mai fatto sentire durante il suo pernottamento. L'accesso alla struttura è definito dalla gran parte dei miei ospiti come molto semplice, alla fine basta seguire le indicazioni che fornisco nella videoguida, nulla di più semplice. Giudizio sull'ospite: 5/10.

The value for money is definitely a 10. The city center is not very close but there is a bus stop right below. The room is clean and well furnished. The self check-in system is excellent, but a smartphone is required (be careful not to have a flat battery on your return). We were interested in reaching the EuropAuditorium, which is a 10-minute walk away. The host Federico was impeccable, we thank him for his clarity and availability.

The Bed and Breakfast was very clean, both the room and the common areas. The manager provided all the necessary information to reach the structure and move inside, considering the door opening system via app is not taken for granted. This aspect may not be very convenient if you're out all day, risking not being able to enter if your phone is dead. The Bed and Breakfast is a bit outside the center but convenient for the station, as indicated by the manager. Recommended for a short stay.

I have been traveling extensively for many years, staying in hotels, hostels, and B&Bs, and I must say that it was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a B&B. The room and the house were extremely clean, tidy, with fresh laundry towels and bed sheets. Everything was well furnished, with shampoo in the shower, and candies in the room. If I may give just a couple of suggestions to further enhance the experience, it would be useful to have a Schuko socket near the beds in the room, I managed with one of the sockets in the room, but it would definitely be more convenient. I would also suggest to the owner to accompany the video that explains how to access the structure with a textual explanation with photos. Unfortunately, I was not able to watch the video until my arrival at the structure (due to work commitments) so a small guide via email would have made things easier. Besides these suggestions, a fantastic experience that I will recommend to anyone passing through Bologna.

Structure managed by a careful and scrupulous person in everything, respecting their guests to make them feel at ease. The rooms are decorated with a lot of ethnic taste but very sober. The kitchen is equipped with every utensil and there are also coffee pods, tea bags, and herbal teas despite being made available to guests in a voucher to spend for breakfast. I repeat, everything organized to perfection. A well done to the young manager. It will definitely be my reference point in Bologna.

Spacious apartment and room, everything very clean, bathroom with a slightly larger shower than the rest of the accommodations and with shower gel. It is on the fourth floor, but has a key-operated elevator, you have to request it. Not far from the center, bus 21 takes you there in a few minutes. We were very comfortable in this accommodation.

Highly recommend. Federico was so helpful and responsive. Very understanding. He also speaks English very well so definitely great for tourists and English speakers! The place is so spacious and super super clean. There are many amenities, everything is so well prepared and thought out. You can do self check in albeit a little confusing at times. There was A/C! Comfy pillows. I wish I could’ve stayed here longer!

Excellent facility in the Bologna Fiere area, 5 minutes from the structure. The city center is a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute ride away. The rooms are clean, modern, and equipped with everything you need. I found the breakfast service excellent, organized so that you have 5 euros per person to spend through a voucher at the bar near the house. The manager is always available via WhatsApp for any need or issue. Definitely recommended.

Federico was just awesome and very helpful. The room was clean and very nicely decorated as well. The bathroom was amazing too. It is not so far from the main part of the town, around 20-30 minutes on foot. There are some shops around so don’t worry about that too. Overall 10/10!

I give a low rating to breakfast just because I personally don't like going to bars, but for anyone else it will certainly be a suitable breakfast. And it's still possible to have breakfast in the comfortable and well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is very nice, with recent furnishings, very well maintained and decorated with care. The supply of towels is ample, the room is warm with a nice big television. The bed is comfortable. If I can give a suggestion, I would recommend fewer knick-knacks on the furniture, because there is not much space to put personal items. Just outside the gate there is the stop of the 21 that takes you to the station and downtown in no time. The trade fair district is easily reached on foot.

Excellent solution, easy to book. I often come to Bologna for work and I must say that the quality/price ratio of this structure is one of the best. The room I had was a single-use triple; not huge but not cramped either, well heated with a very comfortable bed (I write this because unfortunately it is not a given). The soundproofing is also satisfactory. The bathroom of this room is for exclusive use but external (right next door), and I found it impeccable. The manager, Federico, was very courteous and welcomed me in person (no keypads or anything). Breakfast is not outstanding in terms of originality or variety but I consider it adequate. The area is convenient for the station and the San Donato district.

Short one-night stay for Elisa's concert at Europauditorium, but everything was perfect. Federico, the owner, extremely kind, discreet, available, and precise. The structure is located on the top floor of a building, very clean rooms with parquet flooring and all comforts. The station can be easily reached on foot in about 20 minutes (otherwise there is bus stop no. 21 right outside, which also goes to the city center). Self-service breakfast with a choice of sweet, savory, coffee, juices, and yogurt. Very fast Wi-Fi in the room. RATING: 10!

Very nice, 2 bedroom, two bath unit, adjacent to the old city and the airport, in the newer area. The airport is a 15-minute drive, and the old city is a 20-30 minute walk, pending destination. The property manager, Federico, is competent and charming. Parking is included, possibly off street. The property itself is a two-bedroom apartment, new, modern, and well-appointed. Breakfast is plentiful European fare of yogurt, toast, croissants, juice, coffee, etc. We would definitely visit again.

One of the best places I've been to! I would absolutely recommend it to everyone: the bus stop is right after exiting the property (it takes 20 minutes to walk to the station), for women: Stock Brand store in the same building. Room with a very comfortable large bed and the bathroom with everything you need. The important thing for me: the water in the shower flowed immediately. Everything clean. The smart house with the very kind owner. Thank you! I would come back again.
