The rooms of our Bed & Breakfast are located in the historic center of Faenza, having been recently renovated and presented in pristine condition, furnished with new furniture.
Positioned on the ground floor, they also provide the convenience of an internal courtyard where bicycles can be parked.
Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and will find a smart TV in the bedroom with access to platforms such as Netflix and Prime Video.
The property consists of three rooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring total privacy; the only shared area is the entrance separate from the rooms, which features a breakfast zone with packaged products, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a microwave.

We had a wonderful stay. The owner was very kind and helpful. The room and bathroom were appropriately sized and clean. The location is excellent and there is adjacent parking. I recommend this B&B and if we return to Fenza we will definitely stay here again.

I stayed for one night in the quadruple room (a double bed and two single beds) together with my sister-in-law and her daughter. The location of the accommodation was excellent; it allowed us to park the car nearby and reach Corso Garibaldi on foot in just a few minutes. Check-in was easy, with clear and precise instructions, and the host was very responsive to requests. Unfortunately, the apartment's air conditioner was broken and, although we were provided with a portable air cooler, it was very noisy so we did not turn it on at night; therefore it was rather warm. In addition, one of the two single beds did not have sheets, but I imagine that if I had asked the host to use it to avoid two of us sleeping in the double bed because of the heat, there would have been no problem. The kitchen sink was not yet working, but having stayed only one night we would not have used it anyway. Available to us were an electric kettle and some herbal teas and a coffee machine but without pods (perhaps available if the room is booked with breakfast included). In the kitchen area there was also a small fridge with half-liter bottled waters costing €0.50 each. The bathroom had a sink, shower, toilet and bidet, and included towels, hand/body wash and intimate soap. The apartment was basic, clean and tidy. Definitely good value for money.

Buongiorno, chiedo umilmente scusa per il disservizio riguardante il climatizzatore, purtroppo sono inconveniente che possono capitare e soltanto nella mattinata odierna siamo riusciti a ripristinare il tutto, unica opzione provvisoria era il clima portatile, grazie della pazienza e della disponibilità, riguardo la colazione non era inclusa in questa tipologia di prenotazione ma comunque dovevano essere presenti delle cialde del caffe, sarà stata una dimenticanza, mi dispiace molto, miglioreremo su questi aspetti, grazie della recensione positiva.

In the heart of Faenza is a small B&B inside an apartment building in the center of Faenza. Lello, the host, is extremely friendly and helpful. Guests have a coffee machine and a kettle with herbal teas available. The rooms are small but clean and have everything necessary for an overnight stay (there is even shower gel in the shower). If I have to make one remark, the disposable towels are perhaps not very comfortable. For breakfast a voucher is given for a bar/pastry shop about 300 meters away. I must say: the breakfast was extremely good!

I stayed at this very welcoming property in the city centre. The room was small but charming and equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning and a TV. The owners were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. I will definitely return.
