Description

Recently renovated B&B with independent entrance. We can accommodate 3 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old. On the first floor there is a sleeping area with a double bedroom (with a double bed and on request a single bed can be added) and another double bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with window and large shower. On the ground floor the living room with kitchen with fridge and various small appliances.

The rooms will be allocated according to the number of guests: with a single guest the double room will be made available, with two guests a single room of their choice, from three to five guests both rooms will be made available. Possibility to request variations which may be subject to payment.

There is a smart TV, wi-fi connection, heating, air conditioning, double glazed windows, safe, iron and ironing board.

The structure offers guests a part of the private garden, equipped with umbrellas, tables, chairs and armchairs.

Basic breakfast included in the price.

Located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Bologna, close to the Meloncello arch, you can also reach the Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Luca on foot, the Dall'Ara football stadium is 600 meters away, and the hospital is a 10-minute walk away. Maggiore is a stone's throw (about 15 minutes on foot) from the historic center of the city, an area well served by public transport, the nearest stop is 150 meters away.

Sheets and towels are present, the rooms are cleaned every four days or daily at the guest's request and the linen is changed twice a week.

Discount for medium-long periods to be evaluated when quoting.

Everything was fantastic! Sabrina is a very sweet person and very attentive to her guests' needs. In her apartment you can feel a homely atmosphere. Everything was clean and perfect! She also gave us good recommendations on where to eat. Highly recommended! She will be my point of reference from now on for trips to Bologna.

The excellent location, practically close to the center, along with the comfort of the structure and the kindness of Mrs. Sabrina make this B&B an ideal choice for quality, price, and location. An amazing property which has everything one could possibly need from a home from home. Such a lovely place to stay with an amazing host. Breakfast was really plentiful and so considerate of the host to leave everything we could possibly need in fresh milk and chilled water. Close enough to Bologna centre but far enough out to be comfy and cosy. We took the bus to the centre from the bottom of the road, no trouble at all to get around by public transport. If you want a really lovely, clean, friendly and easy to get to accommodation in Bologna, look no further than than this amazing place.

It's like a fully equipped apartment, very comfortable. Possibility to park. It takes 30 minutes on foot to reach the historic center. Correct breakfast. 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from the airport by car.

I highly recommend staying at the bed and breakfast Matinvito because it offers everything you could desire. My short stay (2 nights) was excellent. Good location, about a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Bologna and a 15-minute bus ride from the Central Station. Carefully furnished down to the smallest details, with small attentions that demonstrate the care put into it. Comfortable and well-soundproofed room. Spacious bathroom with a wonderful and large shower with various jet options available. Kindness, clarity, and maximum availability from the moment of booking until the final farewells. P.S. I did not give a perfect score in the various categories simply because it represents perfection and therefore I do not consider it.

Via Tolmino was a bit noisy for someone who prefers to have the window open during the night, but this was more than compensated for by the availability and courtesy of the landlady. The distance to the center (two towers) is not far, only 30 minutes on foot - the bus is much faster. In short, an experience to recommend!

We stayed at Matinvito for a weekend. The owner, Sabrina, is very kind and helpful. The bed and breakfast is extremely clean and meticulously maintained, the room is spacious and beautiful, the bed is super comfortable and the bathroom with a large shower. Located near the center (a half-hour walk from Piazza Maggiore). Breakfast offers a wide choice. We were pleasantly surprised by both the welcome received and the place. We will definitely come back.

This bed and breakfast is a small apartment well taken care of in every detail, with fresh flowers in every room, recently renovated, clean and not far from the center. You can park the car in front of the house gate, which is very convenient and saves on parking! We had a great time and Sabrina was very kind to us. Highly recommended!
