Description
The MaMi Bed & Breakfast is a beautiful mini apartment with 4 beds, offering complete autonomy (independent entrance) on the ground floor. The owners live next to you.
It features a living area with a sofa bed (double), which continues in the same space as the sleeping area with a double bed (orthopedic mattresses) or 2 single beds. It also has independent air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV with SKY cinema, a large walk-in closet, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing excellent meals (coffee machine, fridge+freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, kettle).
The en-suite bathroom is equipped with all the necessary toiletries (towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel). We provide an iron and ironing board for your convenience. For security, we have a safe, armored door, and shutters. There is a small balcony for smokers.
We also provide a crib for babies and children up to 3 years old.
Breakfast is self-service with all the necessary items provided (coffee, tea, herbal teas, biscuits, jams, milk, toast, butter, fruit juices, water, etc.). This way, you'll have all the privacy and flexibility you desire.
Check-in is available from 1:30 pm onwards, and check-out is by 10:30 am. You can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Free public parking is available.
Esselunga Shopping Center is located 100 meters away from the B&B.

The establishment is very modern and cozy, ideal for couples, great breakfast, everything very tidy and decorated, highly recommended and the best is when you have a manager like Silvia, a pleasant and very attentive person, top notch.

Appartamento ubicato in posizione strategica.
Estrema accuratezza, rara pulizia, attenzione ai dettagli: tre attributi che credo possano sintetizzare, connotandola, la struttura che mi ha ospitato per due giorni.
Luogo profumato, accogliente, luminoso, nuovissimo, arredato con una particolare sensibilità: è stato come sentirsi a casa propria.

Non potevamo scegliere alloggio migliore. Pulitissimo, silenziosissimo, la biancheria profumava di ammorbidente, nuovissimo e dotato di ogni confort, persino i cotton fioc in bagno e la luce di cortesia per la notte, fondamentale per coppie con figli. Insomma MEGLIO di casa! La proprietaria Silvia gentilissima e carinissima. Tutto PERFETTO! Lo straconsiglio!

B&B favoloso, stanze bellissime e funzionali, c'è più di quello che ti aspetti, poi Silvia (titolare B&B MaMi) è straordinaria ha saputo curare tutto nei minimi particolari, i dettagli fanno la differenza, gentile, premurosa ma soprattuto precisa e poi che dire di più se si viene accolti da una bella donna! Tutto Ok, soprattutto la disponibilità del gestore, ha messo a disposizione anche la fisiologica (o acqua di mare) per il raffreddore della bimba. Appartamento con tutti ma proprio tutti i dettagli per sentirsi a casa.

Ottima posizione, un appartamentino delizioso, confortevole, caldo. Tutti i confort possibili per un soggiorno favoloso. La signora titolare della struttura una donna: carinissima, disponibile, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Raccomando chiunque andasse a Bologna o dintorni come me di contattare il b&b e chiedere disponibilità. Credetemi ne vale la pena. Io è certo ci ritornerò alla prima occasione..
