Maison Magnani offers 2 options within a building of only 3 apartments in the center of Casalecchio.

On the ground floor, we have a small independent apartment of 60 square meters with a double bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden (possibility to add a 3rd bed).

On the first floor, you will find the B&B in an elegantly furnished apartment that offers its guests 2 double rooms, 1 single room, 3 bathrooms, terraces, and a shared kitchen and living room.

If you are attracted to the details that make a difference, if you love an elegant environment, Maison offers you all of this combined with the hospitality that will make you feel right at home!
Ideal for those who need to stay just outside Bologna, Maison Magnani offers comfort, style, and quality in a completely familiar atmosphere.

1 km from Villa Chiara clinic and 2.5 km from Unipol Arena, 600 meters from Cineca, the property is close to the highway exit and the entrance to the Bologna ring road. Also, 5 minutes from the bus stop and Garibaldi station.

The property is surrounded by a large garden with a gazebo and benches, which can be used by our guests on sunny days, and is located in a quiet area.

Check-in after 6:00 pm.

The owner is a very helpful person and arranged for check-in to take place even outside the agreed hours. We stayed for two nights at B&B Maison Magnani. The area is very quiet, ideal for a restorative rest after a day wandering around Bologna. Mrs. Paola welcomed us with great courtesy and typically Bolognese friendliness, which made our little holiday particularly pleasant. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I stayed for 2 days in this charming B&B Maison Magnani. Ideal location, 15 minutes walk to the train station. We traveled into Bologna. It is difficult to bring a car into Bologna, parking is very expensive so our location was ideal. Also better value than staying in Bologna. The owner is a charming lady. Breakfast is self-service, so nice to have at your own preferred time. Free parking outside the house. Hairdresser available nearby, I had my hair styled. We recommend.

Casalecchio is quiet and ideal for visiting Bologna, in fact, a 10-minute walk from the B&B you can take Bus no. 20 which takes you to the city center in 20/30 minutes. The structure is beautiful, furnished with taste down to the smallest details, nothing is taken for granted, not even a pillow. It reflects Mrs. Paola, sunny, welcoming, and elegant. We were able to enjoy the garden and the gazebo. With my family, we stayed here for over a week. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, parking is easily found. The station is a few minutes away, and Bologna is easily reachable with frequent and fast connections. The house was our starting point to visit many nearby destinations, and then return to rest in the peace and relaxation.

I had the opportunity to meet Mrs. Paola and the very cute B&B Maison Magnani that she offers to customers. Excellent location to get to Villa Chiara. The structure is well taken care of in the smallest details.

We stayed a couple of nights because our daughter was hospitalized at Villa Chiara clinic: very convenient location to reach on foot for those like me who don't like driving and searching for parking at the clinic that doesn't have parking spaces! I especially appreciated the location on an internal street of a residential neighborhood, which therefore offers absolute silence, both during the day (when I slept to recover from the hospital nights) and at night. Nothing to complain about.

The structure is really well furnished, very clean and welcoming (it almost doesn't seem like a B&B but a home), the abundant breakfast offers everything, but what really struck us is the availability and kindness of Mrs. Paola. We left reluctantly and would gladly return! Thank you so much.

This is the second year in a row that we stay at the B&B Maison Magnani. Mrs. Paola is very kind and helpful. The structure is beautiful and welcoming, you can feel the warmth of the house. Both in the rooms and in the apartment below everything is very clean and well-kept and furnished with taste down to the smallest details. There is a lot of choice for breakfast. We will come back next year!

Impeccable! Mrs. Paola is a very helpful and kind person. The house is fabulous: a stylish decor, with attention to the smallest detail, very rare to find. We stayed only one night, and we left with a heavy heart. Recommended for those who have taste and respect for things.

I stayed at B&B Maison Magnani from 21-12-2015 to 24-12-2015, it is a beautiful property, furnished with great care and elegance, maximum cleanliness, complete with all comforts. Family atmosphere and the owner, Mrs. Paola, is very courteous, attentive to the needs of her customers. If I were to stay in that area again, I will definitely turn to Mrs. Paola again, whom I take this opportunity to thank again for her hospitality.

Very nice structure, the room is equally nice and everything is very clean. The professionalism and kindness of the lady are exceptional! The only comment on the location description compared to the Unipol Arena, it is more than 1 km away! So make sure to plan ahead if you're going on foot.

I stayed in the little apartment for one night. It is furnished very well with attention to details, nothing was missing! The owner was extremely helpful and courteous. Very close to the highway exit. I fell in love with the place and if I were to come back to that area, I would definitely return there.
