On the ground floor, we have a small independent apartment of 60 square meters with a double bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and garden (possibility to add a 3rd bed).
On the first floor, you will find the B&B in an elegantly furnished apartment that offers its guests 2 double rooms, 1 single room, 3 bathrooms, terraces, and a shared kitchen and living room.
If you are attracted to the details that make a difference, if you love an elegant environment, Maison offers you all of this combined with the hospitality that will make you feel right at home!

I stayed at a bed and breakfast near the B&B Maison Magnani, about a 15-minute walk away. I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and kindness of Mrs. Paola, who manages this place so well that it feels like being a guest at a friend's house. The room was clean and the breakfast excellent. Thank you, Paola! I will definitely come back!

I stayed in the apartment, very nice, attention to detail and very clean. Quiet and independent, with the keys full freedom to come in and out. Casalecchio is quiet and ideal for visiting Bologna, in fact, a 10-minute walk from the B&B you can take Bus no. 20 which takes you to the city center in 20/30 minutes. Mrs. Paola is kind and very helpful.

Very nice and very clean structure, both inside the house and outside in the garden. Very quiet area, you rest very well. The owner was immediately very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The breakfast could be slightly improved. I would gladly return.

Very well-kept and clean room, just like the rest of the house. Independent entrance. No noise during the night. Safe place even to return late in the evening. Very well connected to Bologna with bus no. 20 every 15 minutes until one in the night, even on holidays. Breakfast included with toast, packaged croissants, milk, and coffee. Fruit and Easter dove. Very convenient to reach the Sanctuary of San Luca, the city center, the Bregoli trail from Thalon Park to Casalecchio di Reno, and then descend along the arcades towards Bologna; you can do everything calmly on foot. Clearly, it's a nice walk, sneakers recommended, absolutely no high heels. Very convenient for beautiful walks along the Reno River, also very convenient to take children since along the Reno Park there are large meadows and tall trees where you can have picnics and play outdoors, ideal also for dogs. It is about 6-7 km from the center of Bologna, but we did it on foot along very nice pedestrian streets, very tree-lined and very busy, absolutely safe and pleasant.

The structure is beautiful, furnished with taste down to the smallest details, nothing is taken for granted, not even a pillow. It reflects Mrs. Paola, sunny, welcoming, and elegant. We were able to enjoy the garden and the gazebo. With my family, we stayed here for over a week. The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, parking is easily found. The station is a few minutes away, and Bologna is easily reachable with frequent and fast connections. The house was our starting point to visit many nearby destinations, and then return to rest in the peace and relaxation.

La struttura è veramente bella mi sono trovata molto bene dia per la posizione sia per la vicinanza alla clinica Villa chiara dove avevo mia madre, a piedi 10 minuti in pullman 5 minuti. La proprietaria gentile e disponibile, è stata un ottima scelta.

Già dal primissimo contatto con mia moglie (che prenotava in vista del concerto dei Metallica, visto che il B&B è molto vicino all'UnipolArena), la signora Paola si è dimostrata gentilissima e disponibilissima. La mia impressione è stata di grande correttezza e professionalità. Appartamento stupendo, pulizia eccellente, colazione abbondante, silenzio e letti comodissimi. Superconsigliato. Ci torneremo senz'altro.

Abbiamo soggiornato un paio di notti perché nostra figlia si trovava ricoverata presso la clinica Villa Chiara: posizione comodissima da raggiungere a piedi per chi come me non ama guidare e cercare parcheggio alla clinica che non ha posti auto! Ho apprezzato soprattutto la posizione in una via interna di quartiere residenziale che offre pertanto un silenzio assoluto, sia di giorno (quando io ho dormito per recuperare le notti in ospedale) che di notte. Nulla da eccepire.

La struttura è davvero ben arredata, molto pulita ed accogliente (quasi non sembra un B&b ma una casa), la colazione abbondante offre di tutto, ma ciò che ci ha davvero colpiti è la disponibilità e gentilezza della signora Paola. È il secondo anno di fila che soggiorniamo alla Maison Magnani. La signora Paola è gentilissima e molto disponibile. La struttura e bella e accogliente, si sente il calore della casa. Sia nelle camere che nell'appartamento sottostante tutto è molto pulito e curato e arredato con gusto nei minimi particolari. Per la colazione c'è molta scelta. Ci torneremo l'anno prossimo!

Ho soggiornato a Maison Magnani dal 21-12-2015 al 24-12-2015, è una bellissima struttura, arredata con molta cura ed eleganza, massima pulizia, completa di tutti i comfort.
