Ottimo soggiorno. Ottima posizione (15/20 minuti da Bologna). Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Cucina pulita e super accessoriata. Pulizia bagno top. Asciugamani profumatissimi. Nelle immediate vicinanze si può trovare la Coop, l'edicola e la fermata del bus. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Locale accogliente, pulito e ordinato, curato nei particolari, fornito di tutto ciò che occorre per un soggiorno di vacanza ritrovando un clima intimo come casa propria, un pensiero affettuoso verso i proprietari molto ospitali, gentili e simpatici, consigliato sicuramente.

Mi sono trovato molto bene, il luogo è carino e a tutti i servizi di una casa arredata.
Molto ben servita dai bus, vicina a un parco in cui è possibile farsi una bella passeggiata prima di tornare a casa.

Un po' fuori mano. Ma comodissimo per arrivare al centro di Bologna.
Locale molto fresco anche se privo di aria condizionata.
Proprietari disponibilissimi e molto gentili.
Se capiterà di transitare a Bologna ci ritorneremo!

Decisamente consigliato, per chi cerca un posto tranquillo, sereno, nel meraviglioso verde delle colline di Bologna. L’Appartamentino viene dato ad uso esclusivo, con tanto di camere ben pulite e spaziose, compresa la moderna cucina. La proprietaria, Loredana, che dire? Gentilissima, simpaticissima, sempre disponibile e attenta alle esigenze del cliente. La colazione piu che abbondante la si può consumare, senza orari fissi, anche in giardino. Dovevamo fermarci 1 notte sola ma ci siamo trovati talmente bene che abbiamo prolungato di un'altra notte. In due per 2 notti abbiamo speso 100€. Senza dubbio ci ritorneremo!
