The Rizzoli Guesthouse is a recently renovated establishment located in a quiet condominium just a short distance from the center of Bologna.

The interiors are tastefully furnished and equipped with all modern comforts, situated in the prestigious Colli district, a peaceful yet vibrant area of the city. The location is perfect, being:
- 15 minutes on foot from the historic center,
- 15 minutes on foot from Rizzoli Hospital (5 minutes by car),
- 5 minutes by car from the famous portico leading to the Sanctuary of Madonna di San Luca.

This area is particularly strategic as it is close to the center but outside the Limited Traffic Zone! A parking space is available upon request. Additionally, the entrance to the ring road and the highway can be accessed in just a few minutes, and public transport is easily reachable (bus stop 29 is right in front of the facility).

Just a short walk away is the beautiful Villa Ghigi Park, perfect for a stroll. The Sanctuary of San Luca, only 5 minutes by car, marks the starting point of the Via degli Dei route, a journey rich in history, nature, culture, and gastronomy that connects Bologna to Florence.

Our accommodation features a room with a double bed measuring 180x200 (or two single beds 90x200), complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower, hairdryer, and free Wi-Fi. Extra beds can be added, allowing for a total capacity of 3 to 4 people.

Rates start from a minimum of €60. 00 for 2 people and €80. 00 for 3 people.

In the common area, there is a refrigerator for your convenience.

Bed linens and towels are included, with bathroom linens changed every 4 days and bed linens every 7 days.
