Le Stanze Affittacamere has 2 bedrooms (single and double) in the Fiera di Bologna area, all with private bathroom, air conditioning, 28 ”LED TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, independent heating, bed linen and towels included.

Room very nice and very clean, excellent location for the Fair and a few bus stops from the station. Owners available and excellent check-in and luggage deposit organization. Adequate and reasonable price, unlike many other structures in Bologna that now ask for very high and unjustified amounts.

I travel a lot for work and often end up around Bologna. I must say the honest truth, I have never stayed in such a clean, warm and comfortable place.
I was really lucky to find it, just a few steps from the Fair area, a quiet and not very busy neighborhood, easy to reach from the central station.
The owners showed up on time, as agreed via e-mail, and welcomed me with a smile, which is very important for those who arrive tired after hours of travel.
The clean, tidy and fragrant environment did not disappoint me at all.
It will definitely be a reference point for me for other trips to the capital of Emilia.

Un weekend di luglio nella meravigliosa città di Bologna, reso ancor più soddisfacente da questa scelta. Struttura nuovissima, curata nel minimo dettaglio, pulita, accogliente e silenziosa. Punto di forza è la cortesia e l'accoglienza dei proprietari, Roberto e Elisa che fin da subito si sono attivati per fornirci indicazioni per agevolare la nostra permanenza. A disposizione, di tutti gli ospiti, microonde, macchina del caffè con cialde illimitate e bollitore per il tè. Nel complesso è un ottima soluzione per chi è alla ricerca di un soggiorno con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliato!

Un posto che non ti aspetti di trovare in una grande città. Silenzioso tranquillo, ma soprattutto pulitissimo. Molto simpatico il gestore, signor Roberto, tutte le dotazioni a posto, ripeto, ordinato e veramente molto pulito. Complimenti davvero. Sicuramente ci tornerò.

Anche se abbiamo soggiornato in due una sola notte, posso confermare le ottime recensioni lette. Stanze ben arredate, come si vede dalle foto, nuovissime e davvero davvero pulite. Dieci minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione di Bologna. Roberto, il gestore, è una persona davvero cordiale e gentilissima. Se ricapitassi a Bologna saprei ora di certo dove andare, anche perché il prezzo è assolutamente onesto.

Abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B Le Stanze circa una settimana fa, per una notte, e devo dire che per noi è stata una piacevole sorpresa! I gestori, Roberto ed Elisa, sono stati disponibili fin dalla prenotazione. Si sono prodigati per soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza. La struttura è nuovissima e di design e il prezzo ragionevole.
La nostra stanza era molto bella, pulita, accogliente e molto silenziosa. Il bagno, fornito di tutto il necessario, anche dello spazzolino e dentifricio usa e getta, è capiente, soprattutto il box doccia. Inoltre è tutto su un piano, quindi ideale per mia mamma.
La struttura si trova a 50 mt dalla fermata autobus che in 5 minuti ti porta alla stazione centrale.
Per noi il giudizio è molto positivo e quindi consigliato.
