Description

Le Stanze Affittacamere offers two rooms (one single and one double) with private bathroom, air conditioning, a mini fridge, a 28" LED TV, a hairdryer, independent heating, safety features (fire extinguisher and carbon monoxide detector), external video surveillance, and bed linen and towels.

The Bologna tourist tax is NOT included and must be paid on site.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

A coffee machine and kettle with complimentary tea and herbal teas are available in the common room.

Smoking is not permitted.

Pets are NOT allowed.

Private indoor parking (for a fee, upon reservation).

Room-only basis (breakfast NOT included).

We offer a SELF-CHECK-IN service from 2: 00 PM onwards. Guests can collect their keys using a vending machine.

The only thing to mention is the noise of the small fridge located in the room, a bit too noisy even at night. Once unplugged, ideal overnight stay. Parking recommended.

Room very nice and very clean, excellent location for the Fair and a few bus stops from the station. Owners available and excellent check-in and luggage deposit organization. Adequate and reasonable price, unlike many other structures in Bologna that now ask for very high and unjustified amounts.

I travel a lot for work and often end up around Bologna. I must say the honest truth, I have never stayed in such a clean, warm and comfortable place. I was really lucky to find it, just a few steps from the Fair area, a quiet and not very busy neighborhood, easy to reach from the central station. The owners showed up on time, as agreed via e-mail, and welcomed me with a smile, which is very important for those who arrive tired after hours of travel. The clean, tidy and fragrant environment did not disappoint me at all. It will definitely be a reference point for me for other trips to the capital of Emilia.

A weekend in July in the wonderful city of Bologna, made even more satisfying by this choice. Brand new facility, cared for in every detail, clean, welcoming, and quiet. The strength is the courtesy and hospitality of the owners, Roberto and Elisa, who immediately started providing us with information to facilitate our stay. Available to all guests, microwave, coffee machine with unlimited pods, and kettle for tea. Overall, it is an excellent solution for those looking for a stay with an excellent value for money. Recommended!

A place you wouldn't expect to find in a big city. Quiet, peaceful, but above all very clean. The manager, Mr. Roberto, is very nice, all the facilities in place, I repeat, orderly and really very clean. Congratulations indeed. I will definitely come back.

Even though we stayed as a couple for only one night, I can confirm the excellent reviews I read. Well-furnished rooms, as seen in the photos, brand new and really really clean. Ten minutes on foot to reach Bologna station. Roberto, the manager, is a truly friendly and very kind person. If I happen to be in Bologna again, I now know for sure where to go, also because the price is absolutely fair.\n\nHighly recommended!

We stayed at B&B Le Stanze about a week ago, for one night, and I must say it was a pleasant surprise for us! The managers, Roberto and Elisa, were available from the booking. They went out of their way to meet our every need. The structure is brand new and designed, and the price is reasonable. Our room was very beautiful, clean, welcoming, and very quiet. The bathroom, equipped with everything necessary, even a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste, is spacious, especially the shower box. Also, everything is on one level, so ideal for my mother. The structure is located 50 meters from the bus stop that takes you to the central station in 5 minutes. Our judgment is very positive and therefore recommended.
