The bathroom was dirty, particularly the shower and the toilet. The breakfast was meager: there was only the coffee machine with a broken button. The hostess did not remember the reservation and challenged the deposit (both at check-in and at check-out) paid through the bed-and-breakfast platform and traceable. I had to show screenshots from the bank app and a copy of the platform receipt, but she continued to object. The tourist tax is not shown on the platform but is charged at a high rate.
