The small apartment is located just a few hundred meters away from the Villa Laura Clinic (4-minute walk) and features a private entrance, ensuring a quiet stay. The furnishings are modern and new, with a tasteful and clean design. Despite its modest size, the apartment includes all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The shower is spacious and equipped with a large showerhead, allowing for relaxation and the release of the day's stresses. Additionally, guests can try out and use some small Refan brand shampoo and bath foam ecogreen gadgets (the store is located less than 400 steps from the apartment). The fully equipped kitchenette with pots, plates, glasses, and pans allows for easy cooking from breakfast to dinner, and the electric tea kettle can accompany the pleasant hours of tea or evening herbal tea. Finally, guests can watch TV from bed to fall asleep in good company.

About 1 kilometer away, there is the beautiful Parco dei Cedri, a completely pedestrian and bike-friendly park, where you can spend a few hours immersed in nature and relax.
There are also bars, small restaurants, and pizzerias nearby, so if you don't feel like dining at home, you don't need to take your car to find a nice place.
Otherwise, there is a large supermarket called PAM just about 100 meters away, which offers a variety of food options such as rotisserie and other groceries for all tastes.

I stayed for two nights in this cozy apartment with my mother. I must say that I had a great time. It's small but has everything essential. The bed is very comfortable, which is not a given when sleeping away from home, especially the pillows. The owner is super helpful and kind. Surely, if I were to return to Bologna, I would go back there.

The small apartment is very well designed to offer all the comforts. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen, although small, has everything you need. The shower is very large and comfortable to use. The owner Paola was super helpful and kind. The area is quiet, you can rest well, nearby there are bars and supermarkets within walking distance, and with a few bus stops you can reach the city center.

Apartment a bit dark, more light is required. In the basement, a machine was always running, which could be heard with the window open. Good location to shops, bus, quiet street.

Grazie grazie!! Capisco che hai trovato l'appartamento un po' più buio del previsto e che il rumore di una macchina ti abbia dato fastidio. Essendo situati in città, è normale sentire qualche rumore proveniente dalla strada, soprattutto durante le ore diurne. Stiamo valutando l'installazione di ulteriori sistemi di insonorizzazione per migliorare ulteriormente il comfort dei nostri ospiti. Per quanto riguarda la luminosità, l'appartamento, essendo al piano terra, riceve una quantità di luce naturale limitata, soprattutto in alcune zone della casa. Questo è un aspetto caratteristico degli appartamenti a piano terra, specialmente in zone urbane. Tuttavia, abbiamo dotato l'appartamento di numerose lampade e abbiamo scelto arredi chiari per creare un ambiente accogliente e luminoso. We stayed in Bologna for 4 days and stayed at L'Appartamentino. Miss Paolina, exquisite, illustrated everything to us from the beginning. The structure lacked nothing and we paid very little for the quality offered. Outside the historic center, it is still considered the city center (the historic center is a few km away, easily reachable by public transport or bike). Only praises for the structure, for the welcome, and for the precision. If I were to return to Bologna, I will definitely think of going back.

The Little Apartment was a very pleasant surprise, small but equipped with every comfort, Mrs. Paola welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back. The structure is very close to Villa Laura, which is reachable in a few minutes on foot. Recommended!

Sono molto dispiaciuta che abbia dato un voto cosi basso alla struttura, ma il piano terra pur avendo ben 3 finestre di cui una addirittura con tre ante, non permette in città di avere un ambiente particolarmente luminoso proprio per la presenza dei palazzi limitrofi. Mentre per quanto riguarda il ricambio d'aria, probabilmente ho dimenticato di informarla che tutte le finestre possono aprirsi anche a vasistas, permettendo così un ricircolo continuo. Spero comunque di averla come ospite per una prossima lieta occasione. Un caro saluto Paola

Since I had to undergo a procedure at the Villa Laura clinic, I looked for an apartment nearby and luckily found "L'Appartamentino" owned by Mrs. Paola. It's very cute and welcoming just like the owner. Equipped with every comfort, decorated with great taste, complete with every accessory. We felt so good that it felt like being on vacation instead of staying for health reasons.

L'Appartamentino is a very cozy apartment, tastefully furnished and very clean. \nI stayed with my family for 3 days because my son had to undergo surgery at Villa Laura clinic. \nIt has a really convenient location (4 minutes walk to reach the clinic and several shops and supermarkets around). Mrs. Paola is very helpful, kind, and cheerful. She makes you feel at home. I recommend it.
