Very young spouses have 2 daughters Valentina and Matilde aged 15 and 13 respectively.

Until two years ago they lived in Rome, then the turning point. He is an agricultural entrepreneur and manager of a large farmhouse and she is an architect, they left everything to pursue the dream of a less hectic life.

Where to go if not to Castel San Pietro?
Giulia's hometown but much frequented by Simone during his studies at the Veterinary University in Bologna.

Very convenient location. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. There is a parking lot a few steps away that is always available. I felt very comfortable and I recommend it to anyone who needs accommodation nearby.

The premises are clean and new. The rooms lack nothing: television, safe, refrigerator (with complimentary water and craft beer inside), kettle with coffee and herbal teas. The B&B is in the center, access is automated. Everything was very nice.

The structure and the manager are fine. He also made himself available to address a malfunction of the website's booking system that had not confirmed my reservation, even though the check-in had been completed. We stayed for a week for work. Definitely convenient, very close to bars and restaurants/pizzerias of good quality and affordable prices. Very clean rooms and excellent linen/towel service. I gave 8 for the location because the property does not have its own fence but is still close to a large parking area. I gave 9 to the manager because he seemed very friendly and helpful to me, but in reality, I had no reason to interact beyond the moment of welcome because the service is well organized.

We spent two days in Castel San Pietro Terme and stayed at LàMi Room & Apartment, in the center of the village. Short stay but we had a great time. The managers (Giulia and Simone) are kind, attentive, and always available. Remote check-in/check-out was very simple and excellently managed. The room was excellent, well-kept, bright, very clean, equipped with a bathroom with a large shower, fridge, kettle, safe, and a welcome kit (the craft beer was greatly appreciated). This will be our reference point when we return to that area. We will recommend it to friends. Well done Giulia and Simone.

I stayed in this property for work and found everything perfect! The hosts were very kind, they guide you step by step with all the explanations, and when you enter the house, you find a lot of information about the apartment, Castel San Pietro, and the area. The place is very central, so in no time you are on the main street where there are bars, restaurants, and even a supermarket (if you forgot something)! Excellent experience! Come and meet Giulia and Simone: they will welcome you with a gift in your room! 😉

Delightful, very clean, and welcoming structure. The managers Giulia and Simone were very helpful and kind in accommodating my needs and schedule. I needed a place that was centrally located, convenient, and able to provide me with excellent Wi-Fi service, and I couldn't consider myself luckier. The possibility of checking in online beforehand also allowed me to save a lot of valuable time. I hope to be their guest again, perhaps this time for a pleasure trip.

The LaMì Room & Apartment is a delightful B&B run by a young couple (Simona and Giulia) who are very kind and attentive to all the guests' needs. Although self check-in is expected, we were welcomed by Simone, who provided us with all the necessary information to make our stay even more pleasant. My husband and I stayed in a spacious, bright, clean, and well-furnished suite, the subject of a skillful renovation that preserved elements of the past (floors, doors, decorative objects) while combining them with modern elements. In the room, there is a fridge and a kettle with coffee, infusions, and water provided for the guests. The large windowed bathroom features a spacious shower and a courtesy kit with excellent products. The B&B is located in a strategic position, just steps from a convenient free parking lot and all the monuments and places of interest easily reachable on foot. Nearby, there are bars and trattorias where you can have breakfast and enjoy local dishes. Thanks to Simone, we were able to discover and visit an excellent agricultural craft brewery, Claterna, which produces various types of beer that have received several well-deserved awards over the years.

LaMì was great! It was in a great location, and although there was no parking at the property we were able to park in a public lot nearby. We were able to walk to many restaurants, cafes, and bars from the property and the town was very charming. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were really nice. Would definitely recommend!

We will definitely return, it feels like home. In a historic building, the room is very spacious with a brand new, fully equipped bathroom. Nothing is missing. The hosts are very attentive and available in any situation.

The hotel is worse than doing an escape room. Let's start with the check-in page, which was very complicated and had many issues. To enter the building, there are a thousand steps, and if your mobile battery dies or you do not know how to handle it, you cannot enter (not suitable for elderly people or those who do not use a mobile phone). The room, automated by them, with the air conditioning theme was a terrible night, it turned on and off at will. You cannot adjust anything, plus the machine on our balcony made a huge noise. We left at 7:00. This hotel, if you are looking to rest, is not suitable.

Buonasera Raquel, ci dispiace molto che il soggiorno da noi non sia stato di suo gradimento, ma vorremmo puntualizzare: 1- il sistema di self check in che proponiamo e che viene usato da moltissime persone ogni giorno in molte strutture in tutta Italia riteniamo sia abbastanza semplice ed immediato, invitiamo comunque tutti gli ospiti per qualsiasi problema a contattarci direttamente per proporre loro soluzioni alternative. 2- per l'entrata in struttura, sulla web app ci sono semplicemente due pulsanti uno per aprire la porta del palazzo e uno dell'appartamento, (tutto minuziosamente descritto sul messaggio che mandiamo sia per e-mail che per Wattsapp dove indichiamo anche che è necessario avere sufficiente batteria sul telefono) ma anche in questo caso, come le abbiamo scritto, se ci avesse contattato avremmo potuto proporre soluzioni alternative. (questo sistema garantisce la possibilità di arrivare a qualunque orario ed in completa autonomia) 3- l'aria condizionata era tranquillamente modificabile da voi, infatti sono presenti 2 termostati, semplicemente in in uno dei due c'e scritto di non toccare sia in italiano che in inglese, ma di usare l'altro per modificare la temperatura. 4- Purtroppo la pompa di calore posta sul balcone fa rumore ne più, ne meno di qualunque macchina per l'aria condizionata. Avendo comunque dotato la struttura di infissi nuovi con doppi vetri riteniamo il compromesso aria condizionata-rumore buono. Ribadiamo comunque il nostro rammarico per la situazione perché le possiamo garantire che facciamo tutto il possibile per rendere più che piacevole il soggiorno ai nostri ospiti come fortunatamente si evince dalle altre recensioni qui e su altri portali. cordiali saluti.

We stayed at LaMì room & apartment for the night and we are very satisfied. The room was very clean and comfortable. We arrived very late, but it was not a problem; we could check in easily with the help of the phone application. The small town is also very nice. I recommend it to anyone who is traveling through or wants to explore the area. Thank you for the great experience!

For the first time I went to a B&B (because I was skeptical...), but I must say that the first experience at LaMì room & apartment was not good but excellent! I was welcomed by the owner in a very friendly way and attentive to my needs. Very beautiful furniture and impeccable cleanliness, I also have to acknowledge that they are very technological... With a click on the app you open the gate, open the door of the room, etc... I will definitely come back and I recommend it to everyone. My vote is not 10 but 10 and praise! My compliments to the managers and thank you for the hospitality!

The building has recently been structured, the apartment on the second floor has a small but welcoming entrance and the room is new, comfortable, with a simple, pleasant and efficient furniture. The only flaw I would point out is the noise of the heating ventilation, still acceptable, otherwise everything is quiet. The building is in a great location, practically in the center and close to the hospital. We did not meet the managers with whom we were in contact via WhatsApp, but they promptly responded to every request.
