Great B&B in a quiet location and in the greenery. The apartment has everything, from a kitchenette, fridge, air conditioning. The beds have a good mattress, as does the bathroom which has the right space with a comfortable shower and there is even a washing machine. The cleanliness is impeccable. The lady who runs this B&B is very kind and by chatting with her, you can tell that she does this job with passion and pride.

The structure is dated, a bit chaotic and rustic. The host was very kind but unfortunately the bedroom was full of bedbugs and some spiders. We did not have a peaceful night and I advise the owners to install mosquito nets on the windows in order to at least partially avoid the very annoying problem. I also suggest giving a refresh with light and bright colors to the environment which appears old-fashioned and dark. Sufficient breakfast.

Simple but neat structure, clean and, not least, a very kind and courteous lady welcomed us. It was a pleasure to exchange a few words and stay even if only for one night, the self-service breakfast was much appreciated.

We stayed at this bed and breakfast by chance, for an event in Salsomaggiore, but there was no availability with real and not inflated prices in the area, which led us to look around. AND FORTUNATELY! We were able to have a relaxing and enriching experience more than in an impersonal hotel and with a great value for money. The welcome from Mrs. Ornella is discreet but very attentive and, in addition to the friendliness and pleasantness in exchanging a few words together, she can give you numerous indications on places to visit. The breakfast brought directly to the apartment was very good every day, abundant (enough even for a snack) and always made up of local products. Our apartment was very spacious, clean, equipped with air conditioning in the rooms and ventilation in the dining area as well as a pleasant and livable outdoor space and, as a plus, everything you need for even long stays (washing machine, oven, microwave, cups, glasses, plates in abundance, shampoo, soaps, etc.), set of towels and change of sheets as in a hotel. The area is quiet, the loudest noise is that of the cicadas, beautiful view of the greenery but the road (with a bus stop) is just outside the gate without dirt roads and lanes to travel. Many excursions/walks are possible in the greenery nearby on foot or further away by car. There are many castles to visit very close by. By car, in a time ranging from 30 to 50 minutes, you can reach Fidenza Village, Salsomaggiore Terme and Tabiano Terme, Castell'Arquato (the latter, which is worth a visit, and for the more sporty there are also indications for the bike path). Last but not least, there is the lovely big dog Romeo who has become a great friend of my daughter. Excellent experience.

I didn't know these places, left for work with only 4 days of booking, I stayed for more than double. Very beautiful and well-kept structure. Located in a strategic point to visit the beautiful places that the area offers. Currently, cleanliness has been particularly well taken care of and is second only to the care of the guests that the management has provided. A special thanks to the Owner for turning a work period into a beautiful vacation and thanks for the availability, the demonstrated cordiality, and the constructive chats on the terrace. Ideal for anyone who wants to escape from problems and daily life with a stay based on tranquility, nature, history, and very kind and helpful local people. I would add XL to the 5 stars. I certainly can't forget the very nice Romeo, a dog with contagious tranquility. Highly recommended B&B.

Fairytale country, on an enchanted hill. A short distance away (1 km) an abbey to visit, great welcome from the priest himself, also unique! Excellent hospitality, reception and diverse and quality breakfast.

Ornella was an exceptional guest, very friendly and welcoming. The place is unique, the spaces are large and comfortable. Our children really liked the croaking frogs. Great location to visit the castle of Gropparello and D'Arquato.
