The bed and breakfast La Quercia Antica (Bologna), is set in a pleasant private hamlet, surrounded by greener and an old oak tree typical of the Emilia Romagna region.
The B&B is located in a strategic position, 1. 5 km from the Bologna exhibition center and the ring road, and 10 minutes from the city center.
The B&B consists of 5 rooms:
• a spacious living room furnished with care and with all the amenities; TV, fridge, stereo
• two large bedrooms, one double and one twin bedroom, fully self-contained also for single use;
• Exclusive two bathrooms, one with a shower, one with a bath tub;
All rooms are serviced with air conditioning.
A traditional breakfast is served with a choice of sweet and savory products.
A separate entrance to housing is guaranteed as well as large private parking, gated and guarded, all in a quiet and reserved area.
In the same context we also have comfortable furnished studios available for rental.
Professionalism, courtesy and comfort make "La Quercia Antica" the ideal place to stay - for short or long breaks - for any type of guest and ideal for both work and relax !

Sono stato in occasione delle fiera in questa struttura semplicemente bellissima con personale cordialissimo e straordinaria disponibilità. Zona tranquilissima, nella prima periferia di Bologna (3 km dalla fiera). È un appartamentino davvero pulito, elegante e assai spazioso. Abbondante anche la colazione. Davvero ottimo e consigliatissimo. Sarà la mia tappa fissa quando andrò a Bologna.

Un bellissimo casolare ristrutturato sapientemente, appena fuori dall'abitato di Bologna e vicino alla Fiera. Ideale per chi arriva in automobile ma ben supportato da mezzi pubblici e, soprattutto, dalla disponibilità dei proprietari, che risolvono qualsiasi problema.
Gentilezza, disponibilità e discrezione dei proprietari sono davvero uniche e introvabili altrove. La struttura è gradevole, gode di ampi aspi interni ed esterni, giardino e parcheggio. Il miglior B&B in cui io sia mai stato. Posso dire di avere un "pied a terre" a Bologna, d'ora in poi.

In occasione del Cersaie, ho soggiornato presso la "Quercia Antica", con altri tre colleghi. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti in maniera encomiabile, con la cortesia dovuta a chi, dopo un lungo viaggio (Bari) vorrebbe esclusivamente rilassarsi. Sono stato colpito dall'ordine, la pulizia, l'abbondanza di leccornie per la prima colazione e la disponibilità dei titolari. Posto ideale, a due passi dalla città e al centro del verde della campagna. Non voglio dilungarmi, dico solo che ho chiesto la cortesia alla signora Laila di confermare la nostra presenza anche per il Cersaie 2014. Ringrazio Laila e Lucio.

Siamo stati in occasione della Fiera EIMA, struttura bellissima, pulitissima, comodissima sia per la Fiera che per raggiungere il centro di Bologna, Il trattamento che ci hanno riservato la signora Laila ed il marito ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa.
