Cozy three-room apartment located in northern Rimini, in the area of Viserba, just a short walk from the exhibition center and only 900 meters from the beach. This first-floor apartment, equipped with an elevator, is the perfect choice for both a relaxing vacation and business stays.
The apartment features a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchenette that includes an oven, microwave, five-burner stove, combined refrigerator, dishwasher, extendable table, a comfortable sofa, Wi-Fi, and TV. It comes with all necessary utensils, including plates, cutlery, pots, a coffee maker, dishwasher, and kettle.
The master bedroom is enhanced by a single bed, a private bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious walk-in closet. A second bathroom includes a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed, a single bed, and a convenient wardrobe.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, without any sofa beds. It features two terraces, one of which is enclosed and furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor relaxation.
To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning, and an air recirculation system for a healthy environment. Free on-site parking and bicycles are available. We are continuously working to make the apartment more eco-friendly; currently, you can find features such as dual-flush toilets for water conservation, flow restrictors on faucets, LED and/or low-energy lighting, electricity and gas supplied by providers using only renewable sources, energy-efficient appliances, environmentally friendly detergents, and careful management of the use of the iron.

New studio apartment, small but equipped with everything. There is a private parking space and a nice little terrace. Ideal for two people. Close to the beach. We had a great stay and Silvia, the owner, is helpful and kind. We even found what we needed to have a little breakfast in the morning. Thank you Silvia, we will remember you if we come back to Romagna! Have a great summer!
