Description

The B&B is located in a quiet area of ??countryside in Solihull Via Bassana 180 about 8 miles from Carpi and about 10 km from Modena.

It is a rural complex consisting of the farmhouse, stables and garage and has 3 bedrooms; rustically furnished and comfortable; each is equipped with wi-fi and all 'occurrence, a kitchen available to customers.

Breakfast is served in the garden in summer and in winter in the dining room furnished in rustic style antique.

Around the house and present a large park to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation in a natural and serene, away from the major centers.

Hello, Luciana
a former elementary school teacher for several years.

I opened this business in my childhood home in the countryside as a result of its restructuring as they are nature lover tranquility peace.

My spare time is dedicated to the garden, my flowers, prepare jams and marmalades all from my garden and my garden. The animals in my B&B are always welcome.

I love working with the children still in the creative workshops of "owls" with recycled materials.

The bed and breakfast is located in the Emilian countryside, easily accessible, quiet and very nice. The host, very courteous and helpful, tried to make our short stay even more enjoyable, providing us with directions to local places in the area where we could taste the local specialties. Recommended.

A beautiful and traditional house, immersed in the Emilian countryside and surrounded by vineyards and orchards. The room is very simple and clean. Mrs. Luciana is an exquisite and very welcoming host. Her excellent jams are a breakfast plus.

Everything perfect! Beautiful structure immersed in the greenery a few kilometers from Carpi and Modena. Great if you want to relax without parking problems or various noises. Very kind managers, homemade breakfast with homemade products. There is also the company of a beautiful big dog and a cat.
