We are in the most beautiful and most prestigious area of ??Bologna, 100 meters from Piazza Maggiore and the 2 towers symbol of Bologna, in the pedestrian area, which means being really "in the navel" of our beautiful city, the area is quiet and super-lit.
A few meters from us, there are all the main bus lines in direct connection with the Bologna fair, the train station (easily reachable on foot), the airport, Rizzoli hospital (line 30 bus in 10 minutes or reachable on foot in less than 20 minutes), S. Orsola hospital (line 11 bus in 15 minutes), private clinic Villa Torri (line 20 bus in 20 minutes), Villa Regina (line 30 bus in 8 minutes), Villa Nigrisoli (line 11 bus in 20 minutes), Maggiore hospital (line 19 and 38 buses in 15 minutes), Villalba private clinic (line 29B bus in 15 minutes).
The rooms are located on the third and last floor, WITHOUT ELEVATOR, they are particularly bright and quiet, facing south, air-conditioned.
The structure has two options,
1) Independent entrance, double bedroom and large bathroom with window accessible directly from the bedroom. Inside the room there is a corner with a coffee machine and pods for guests.
2) Two-roomed apartment with independent access composed of a double bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with window, there is the possibility of adding the third and fourth bed in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob.
The rooms are equipped with a safe, flat-screen TV 24 ".
Air-conditioned.
Free WiFi.
Smoking is not permitted inside the premises.
We do not provide breakfast.
The bathrooms, both with windows, are equipped with shower, hair-dryer and hand-washing soap.
2 sets of towels and 2 bath towels per room will be provided and in any case based on the number of occupants.
The bed linen includes duvet and complete set with duvet cover.
The linens of the rooms as well as the bathrooms will be replaced in agreement with the guests and at each change of guests.
Guests are received by 20: 00.
The keys will be available to guests in order to allow total autonomy and periodic cleaning of the structure agreed with the guests in order to guarantee privacy.
The structure has been completely restored.
We welcome small pets.

10/10 best place to stay in Bologna. Tiziano is very kind and a awesome host, the room was perfect we loved the little touches that it has, it surely feels like being home.
If we ever return to Bologna we are definitely going to request this room again.

Very nice and comfortable little flat in the city centre of Bologna. 1 min walk from Piazza Maggiore and about 20min walk feom the train station. Will definitely stay there again if I come back to Bologna.

This apartment is adorable and Tiziano is an incredibly generous host! The bed is comfortable, the AC was a huge relief during this heat wave, the shower and hairdryer are fancy, and the little kitchen is perfectly stocked. The location, of course, cannot be beat. I would stay here again in an instant. Grazie mille!

Charming apartment in the city center, very quiet. Within 20-25 minutes walking distance from the train station (day trips to Firenze, Modena, Parma,..) and perfect for exploring the historic center of Bologna.
The apartment is very well kept and is very clean.
It has all appliances necessary for a comfortable stay: fridge with separate freezing compartment (to stock up on that wonderful Italian ice-cream: -)), washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen.
The host (s) are very nice and helpful and immediately follow-up if one has questions.
Highly recommended for your stay in Bologna.

Perfect location, next to the Duomo and Piazza. We were able to easily walk to all of Bologna's attractions. Our bedroom had the most beautiful furniture. The kitchen was fully equipped so we could make dinner with Bologna's special pastas. We were supplied with plenty of breakfast coffee for the four of us.
Our host was delightful and most accommodating, as our flight was very late.

Super séjour, l appartement est idéalement situé, lq literie est de qualité meme sur le lit d appoint du salon, le balcon est fleuri et très agréable. Rien à redire si ce n est que l on reviendra. Mention spéciale au gran bar rue massimo d Azeglio pour un petit déjeuner typiquement Italien avec croissant fourré (crème, Nutella, confiture) et cappuccino.

Io e mia moglie siamo rimasti soddisfatti della camera, pulita e idonea al soggiorno. Posizione molto strategica si trova proprio al centro di Bologna di fronte la casa del famoso "Lucio Dalla". Il contatto con Tiziano (gestore del B & B) è stato molto efficiente, siamo stati ben accolti fin dal piano terra e ha gentilmente portato la valigia di mia moglie fino alla stanza. Unico handicap la stanza è posta al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma questo già lo sapevamo. Siamo molto contenti del posto e lo consigliamo vivamente. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente.

There is no better place to stay in Bologna than this one. When you walk out of the door you immediately find yourself in the bustling centre of the city, at just half a minute of walking from Piazza Maggiore. Within that same time frame, you could walk to the pasticceria on piazza de' celestini. You're literally staying in the centre of Bologna and places like the Giardini Margherite, the university quarter and the station are all within half an hour of walking distance. From the station, you are able to take the Frecciarossa train to reach Florence (Firenze) comfortably in less than 40 minutes.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay because of the location alone. If you'd like to go for an evening stroll or a late dinner for example, you won't have to rush to get home. It made it possible for me to go eat dinner at some restaurants further away, outside of the tourist hub.
The apartment is perfect during the hot summers, since you could return to it easily to stock up on water from the fridge or cool down. I never had any problems with the sounds of the city, since the apartment borders a quiet courtyard. A high-end restaurant is located near the entrance of the building, but I never once experienced noise from it.
There is the possibility of relaxing in front of your apartment and catching some sunlight during the morning and afternoon. There is also good-working Wi-Fi, a television and even a washing machine, for if you need those.
The air conditioning in La Colombina did wonders for the heat, as I stayed during the summer month with temperatures up to 35 degrees celsius. The apartment is clean and very cosy. There are spacious cupboards and the shower works like it should. On the off-chance that you'd like to make some dinner yourself on the stove, there are wonderful cooking books present, full of authentic Italian recipes.
What striked me was the personal touch. Not only in relation to the apartment, but host Tiziano will also do his best to make your stay unforgettable. Apart from being friendly and kind, he remains available for any requests or problems that you might run into. It's that personal touch which really solidifies my positive review of this apartment.

Ottima struttura in posizione invidiabile. Non manca nulla anzi c’è di più di quanto dovrebbe esserci; tutti i confort e servizi possibili. Abbiamo pernottato 4 giorni il mini appartamento, siamo statti soddisfattissimi, tutto era perfetto per noi: 20 minuti a piedi della stazione, situazione ideale nel centro storico di Bologna a 4 minuti da Piazza Maggiore, terzo piano con vista sui tetti di Bologna, appartamento ben attrezzato è arredato con gusto e spazioso, il piano cottura contiene tutto il necessario tutto estremamente funzionale.
Situazione Ideale per visitare una città veramente magnifica.
I proprietari, Tiziano e Milena, sono simpaticissimi, disponibilissimi e di buon consiglio.
Buona pasticceria per la prima colazione à 2 passi e eccellenti Ristoranti tipici vicini (sempre a piedi).

Ho pernottato due giorni nel monolocale de La Colombina.
Dire che mi sono trovata bene è dir poco.
La struttura è arredata con gusto, e la sensazione che trasmette è quella di sentirsi in uno spazio sicuro, intimo e confortevole.
Il piano cottura contiene tutto il necessario per la preparazione di un buon pranzo e di una buona cena, e l'ho trovato estremamente funzionale. Se preferite trascorrere un pomeriggio o una sera di relax dopo una lunga passeggiata per la città, potete sedervi nel salottino a leggere i libri che la libreria di casa vi propone, o giocare a carte, a scacchi o a Scarabeo. Insomma, non manca proprio nulla.
La piena disponibilità del proprietario e l'assoluta centralità della struttura, a pochi metri da Piazza Maggiore la consacrano definitivamente come uno degli alloggi più carini e accoglienti della città.

Ho soggiornato nella stanza matrimoniale con bagno e niente era fuori posto. Avevamo tante comodità a nostra disposizione, come ad esempio la macchina da caffè e il tavolino pieghevole per la colazione (con un mini frigo sarebbe stato top). L'ambiente è pulitissimo e molto ordinato e la posizione è centralissima: due min a piedi per Piazza Maggiore. Tiziano, il gestore, è stato con noi chiaro, disponibile e simpatico, ma soprattutto di grande aiuto. Bellissima Bologna, bellissima la Colombina, bellissima esperienza.

Ho pernottato in questa struttura per una notte (29 luglio 19) e sono stata molto bene.
Tiziano che ci ha accolto è stato molto disponibile, cordiale ed accogliente.
La camera altrettanto accogliente, pulita e confortevole.
Ottima posizione in pieno centro a due passi da Piazza Maggiore.
Essendo in un piccolo vicolo non ci sono stati problemi per il rumore del traffico, solo un po' di rumore provocato dal ristorante sottostante, ma di limitato fastidio. Ottima qualità prezzo considerato che si è in pieno centro e in periodo di alta stagione.
Consigliato.

Posizione strategica, a due passi da piazza maggiore, gestori presenti e disponibili per ogni necessità, l'appartamento che avevamo noi attrezzato anche per la cucina.
Eventuale colazione si può preparare senza problemi.
Noi abbiamo preferito per comodità le pasticcerie lì a due passi.

Io e mia moglie siamo rimasti molto contenti di aver trovato questa camera un giorno prima. Anche nel centro di Bologna!
Il contatto con il proprietario era - intensivo, ma - molto efficiente. All'arrivo siamo stati accolti dal direttore. Ci ha gentilmente guidati nella stanza. Questo era al terzo piano. Portava la valigia di mia moglie.
Siamo molto contenti di questo posto. Non troppo costoso e vicino a tutto in città.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevolissimo weekend a Bologna in questa struttura, collocata in una delle posizioni più belle della città: la centralissima via d'Azeglio!
La camera matrimoniale é molto carina, ben curata, pulitissima! Bagno ampio e dotato di tutti i comfort. In stanza c'é la possibilità di gustare un ottimo caffé, cosa molto gradita! Inoltre, degna di nota, la gentilezza e la grandissima disponibilità dei proprietari che mi hanno permesso, essendo arrivata in città prima del loro arrivo in struttura, di usufruire subito della stanza al mio arrivo, in autonomia.
Sono stati poi carinissimi nel contattarci il giorno seguente per sapere se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Davvero una grande attenzione verso i clienti! Che altro dire, non appena tornerò a Bologna saprò sicuramente dove andare: B&B La Colombina. Grazie!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B per una notte. Struttura completamente ristrutturata, moderna e pulita. Unica pecca l'assenza di colazione, ma comunque c'è una macchinetta in camera con cui si può fare dell'ottimo caffè. Stra-consigliato, torneremo sicuramente quando saremo di passaggio a Bologna.

La Colombina B&B è situato in posizione strategica, al centro di Bologna, dietro piazza Maggiore.
Ad arricchire il tutto una casa ben curata, pulita e con tutti i comfort (ho soggiornato in appartamento) ed una proprietaria dolcissima che sa coccolare i propri ospiti. In conclusione un soggiorno stupendo. Da provare e da ritornare.

L'appartamento è perfetto, in posizione fantastica, in centro a Bologna, vicino a tutto e molto servito.
Ci siamo trovate benissimo, pulitissimo e nuovo.
I gestori sono stati molto gentili, abbiamo potuto entrare nell'appartamento appena arrivate a Bologna, e abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie fino al momento della nostra partenza senza nessun supplemento. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Questo B&B lo consiglio vivamente! Ogni volta che torno a Bologna provo sempre ad alloggiare qui, le camere sono molto accoglienti e ben arredate, molto pulite, complete di tutto e con tutti i comfort. All'arrivo la camera era già calda facendoti sentire subito a casa. Milena e Tiziano sono due persone dolcissime e disponibili, nonché premurose e attente ad ogni richiesta.
La posizione, più centro di questo B&B significherebbe alloggiare dentro la Basilica di S. Petronio!

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo alla Colombina, la posizione è centralissima e la camera molto pulita. Abbiamo avuto fortuna e invece della sola stanza + bagno che avevamo prenotato, ci hanno lasciato alla stesso prezzo un intero appartamentino con cucina e soggiorno. Ci ha accolto Tiziano che è stato sempre molto cordiale e disponibile fino alla fine del soggiorno e ci ha dato ottimo consigli sulle migliori osterie delle città. La camera ha anche un piccolo terrazzo con tavolino e una vista carina. Consigliato!

Se fosse prevista la lode darei anche quella. Mai visto un posto più pulito, persino i fili elettrici dietro il forno erano tirati a lucido. Consiglierò chiunque voglia andare a Bologna di alloggiare lì.

Il mio soggiorno a Bologna è durato solo due giorni, ma è stato piacevolissimo anche grazie alla scelta del B&B La Colombina. nLe qualità che ho apprezzato nella struttura sono:
la sua centralissima posizione (a due passi dalla casa del grande Lucio Dalla e da Piazza Maggiore);
il cordialissimo e discreto il rapporto con i gestori della struttura;
il poter gustare in autonomia un buon caffè (per me assolutamente meraviglioso), una tisana o un tè;
la camera e il bagno puliti, accoglienti e provvisti di tutto il necessario.
Non consiglierei di prenotare la camera:
- a chi ha difficoltà nel salire le scale (ma sul sito è specificato che la camera si trova a terzo piano senza ascensore);
e a chi non è abile con lo squat (poiché il letto è un po' basso).

Struttura centralissima (dalla finestra della camera si vede il retro della Basilica di San Petronio) ma al contempo situata in un vicoletto silenzioso, camera pulita, gestore gentile, disponibile e molto veloce nei contatti telefonici.

Struttura centralissima in immobile d'epoca. La gentilezza dei proprietari e/o gestori è eccezionale. Camera pulita. Rapporto prezzo-qualità buono. Per migliorare il soggiorno io metterei a disposizione dei clienti anche un piccolo fornelletto elettrico e un piccolo tavolo poco ingombrante sotto la finestra. Da controllare il mini frigo che fa troppo rumore. Il resto è perfetto.

Tutto perfetto. Posto centrale, camera molto bella, pulitissima, tranquilla. Host gentilissima e discreta.
Rapporto prezzo-qualità davvero buono. Mi è solo mancato un appoggio per scrivere, essendo a Bologna per lavoro, magari un piccolo scrittoio.
Ritornerò senz'altro.

La Colombina è un B&B davvero bello e accogliente, nel centro della città, sarebbe impossibile essere più vicini a Piazza Maggior. Ho trovato la pulizia impeccabile. La Proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile.

Io e mio fratello abbiamo deciso di visitare Bologna e, cercando in rete, abbiamo trovato questo delizioso B&B.
Posizione centralissima, ambienti puliti e curati, proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili.
Volendo trovare un difetto (ma è sicuramente migliorabile), direi la scarsa colazione.
Per il resto ci siamo sentiti a casa, e ci ritorneremo. Lo consiglio caldamente!

La struttura è accogliente e pulitissima, arredata in modo spartano ma funzionale unica pecca la mancanza di un frigo e di qualche sedia in più per comodità di appoggio.
La proprietaria è stata disponibilissima e gentile.
B&B consigliatissimo per la posizione.

Stanza accogliente e pulita e proprietaria molto simpatica e gentilissima! Posizione ottima, appena dietro Piazza maggiore. Unica pecca se si vuole essere puntigliosi è stata la porta della camera vetrata, che lasciava passare la luce quando gli altri ospiti rientravano a tarda notte mentre stavamo dormendo. A parte questo tutto ottimo, anche la colazione del bar convenzionato con cornetti artigianali molto buoni.

Il B&B è praticamente in piazza Maggiore, quindi centralissimo. Nuovo, pulito, confortevole.
Si ritrova ad un terzo piano senza ascensore, ma ne vale la pena.
Si compone di due mini appartamenti, separati da una porta comunicante che normalmente è chiusa.
Noi abbiamo affittato l'intero B&B, quindi entrambi gli appartamentini. Siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamentino più grande è davvero confortevole, con cucina, tv, macchina per caffè a cialde, frigo e lavatrice. I bagni sono nuovissimi e puliti con arredo bagno e saponi a disposizione.
A 2 km dalla stazione.
Idealissimo per una vacanza familiare a bologna!
Ci ritorneremo!

Soggiorno meraviglioso. Siamo stati nel bilocale: pulitissimo, completo di tutto. Personale disponibile e molto gentile. Il posto è centralissimo, non abbiamo mai preso mezzi. A due passi da Piazza Maggiore e da tutte le bellezze di Bologna (compresa la casa di Lucio Dalla che è proprio di fronte).
Se torneremo a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui.
