Our bed and breakfast is located in a beautiful and peaceful countryside, with a breathtaking view in the Campagna area. "La Collinetta B&B" is a cozy and well-kept establishment.

Our establishment is the ideal place for meetings and business trips, for a romantic vacation in a quiet and private environment, for those who want to spend time in unspoiled nature.

Welcome to my little bed&breakfast! It has been a long time since I dreamed of opening an accommodation facility in the quiet countryside that I love so much.

I worked in the world of tourism for many years then I gave up to be a full-time mother so now that the kids are older I have decided to dedicate myself to this adventure. I wait for you!!!!

Excellent Bed & Breakfast, equipped with all comforts, well furnished, with attention to every detail and great care for guests. The breakfast is excellent and abundant, with a wide selection and willingness to adapt preparations based on any intolerances. The landlady is very kind and available to provide useful information for visiting the area. More than positive experience.

Stayed only one night with friends; new structure, very clean and tastefully decorated. Quiet location immersed in greenery, offers beautiful views, especially from the French doors of the breakfast area. Very kind and welcoming the owner Mrs. Teresa. Excellent base for the very close golf course.

Excellent structure located in a quiet and ideal location if you want to have a base to visit the B&B La Collinetta, which is very close. Beautiful and clean room and the owner is very kind and hospitable.

Theresa was a fantastic host, very friendly and welcoming. The B&B is in a brand new house, just outside Bologna and close to the airport. It is situated in a very quiet countryside with secure parking. We loved it. The breakfast was very good. We thank Theresa for the marvelous apple cake she made for us. Johan and Isabel.

B&B 20 minutes by car from the center of Bologna and 1 km from the train station. Brand new structure, beautiful view of the hills, spacious and clean room, and great sweet breakfast. Also, the kind owner Teresa is very helpful for requests and advice. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this bed and breakfast for a peaceful stay. The place is new, modern, in a quiet location. The best thing about it is the host Teresa (and the family) who is very friendly and helpful. Fantastic structure on the Bolognese hills, brand new with top services. The breakfast served is really very good. Teresa manages it impeccably. We will definitely return next time we are in Bologna.

The structure, new and very beautiful, is located in the open countryside. It was everything I was looking for for me and my dogs for a short stay. The proximity to the main roads is another point in its favor. Furthermore, it offers an excellent breakfast and the possibility to take beautiful walks!

The B&B La Collinetta is very nice, extremely clean and well taken care of. We were extremely impressed by the availability and passion of the owner. The only flaw (if one must be found) is that to get there you have to travel on a dirt road which, being also used by tractors, is very bumpy. Otherwise, we had a very good stay.

Excellent structure, very kind owner. Very appreciated cleanliness, silence, and new mattress. Strategic location and very close to Casalecchio di Reno, but especially halfway between Modena and Bologna. We will definitely return in case of other concerts at Unipol. Thanks to Mrs. Tiziana, a truly special host!
