Description
La Casa di Bibi is located in front of the Sant'Orsola Hospital at the Viali entrance, it borders the Nigrisoli Hospital, and is 450 m from Villa Torri Hospital; it is close to the university area and the city center. It has 2 recently renovated studios, on the ground floor of a condominium, there are 2 steps inside the studios, the furniture is new, each is equipped with a 160x195 double sofa bed, bathroom without window, kitchen equipped with induction hob and microwave oven.
To improve the comfort of the sofa bed I added a 5 cm Memory Foam mattress.
It can be accessed both from Viale G. B. Ercolani n° 7, convenient if you arrive from the Viali, and from Via Torleone, n° 23, preferable if you arrive from the city center.
Check-in, time slot 4. 30 pm - 8. 00 pm, the check in time is to be agreed in the indicated time slot.
Check-out required by 10am.

-The Municipality of Bologna requires a Tourist Tax to be paid at check-in, the amount of the Tourist Tax varies depending on the cost of the night, in the bed&breakfast system it is possible to set only one rate.

The apartment is very clean and cozy, and you will find everything you need for your stay. The location is absolutely amazing: it's a 15-20 minute walk to any Old Town spot, yet it is quiet. The host is extremely friendly and responsive. I recommend it and would love to come back. Thank you!

Quiet studio apartment, very nice, with a convenient kitchen. Well maintained and clean. Mrs. Renza is helpful and friendly; she even provided welcome snacks despite breakfast not being included. Great location for those who need to go to the S. Orsola or Nigrisoli hospitals, and only a 20-minute walk from Piazza Maggiore. The only small drawback is the sofa bed, a bit uncomfortable, but I would return.

We stayed for two nights at Mrs. Renza's property, who is very friendly and approachable. The property impressed us because it is brand new and clean, as well as quiet and strategically located. The studio is accessible from two entrances: the first faces Viale Giambattista Ercolani, convenient for using public transport; the second faces Via Torleone, convenient for getting to the city center (about 1 km, 15-20 minutes on foot). Renza is a great host. She waited for us while we were delayed due to the transit in the area. Great location, 20 minutes from the main central area of Bologna. There are 2 grocery stores nearby with good options. Restaurants nearby have great scores and good value prices. The apartment is perfect for short stays, everything works perfectly and was clean. I would come back to this place if I return to Bologna, for sure.

The apartment was very well located, clean, new, and very comfortable for spending a weekend in Bologna. It is equipped with a dishwasher but has very few dishes and utensils to use it because it is not appropriate to run it only for two plates without replacement. Renza (the owner) was so cordial and helpful to me, I cannot praise her enough. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything one could possibly need. Cooking facilities are available. It was an easy 15 minute walk from the heart of the city - nothing at all. I caught a taxi from the station to the apartment for 9 euro (the easiest way to get there with luggage). \nI would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The studio is new, very nice and clean, equipped with every comfort. The area is excellent and quiet, well connected and close to the center easily reachable on foot. Excellent value for money. Everything perfect. Unfortunately, being a bed & breakfast, breakfast should have been provided. Otherwise, the structure would be more like a rental room. And no trace of breakfast. This is the only flaw. Otherwise, everything would have been a 10.

The studio apartment is cozy, newly furnished, and clean. The kitchen is also equipped with everything needed. The location, in a quiet area, is excellent for reaching the city's central streets by walking along one of Bologna's many porticoes. Finally, the owner Renza provided us with all the necessary information and made herself available to be contacted for any eventual needs during the stay. Strategic location for those like me who arrive at the Central Station and need accommodation for visits/treatments at the Sant'Orsola hospital! We stayed at La Casa di Bibi in this studio apartment for two nights. The fact that it has a second exit on Via Torleone facilitates movements towards the historic center, reachable in 15 minutes on foot. The studio is clean, cozy, and functional, and Renza is a reliable and precise host.

Excellent structure for two people. There is everything you need for the bathroom and the kitchen. Very clean. The location is just outside the center, but in less than 10 minutes you are under the Tower of the Asinelli. It's a pity that there is no parking space, although there are two car parks nearby at 18 euros/day. The owner is very kind.

I had a great time at La Casa di Bibi. The apartment, brand new, is well furnished and equipped with all comforts. Even during the lockdown period, I never had any problems with the Internet connection, which was essential for me to carry out my remote work regularly. Moreover, the apartment is located in a strategic position. Easily reachable from the central station by bus in a few minutes, La Casa di Bibi is located near Porta San Vitale: from here, it is possible to reach both the university locations in Via Zamboni and the Two Towers and other historical sites in Bologna within a few minutes on foot. In the surrounding area, there are also several supermarkets and laundromats. All of this is complemented by the extreme kindness and availability of the owners, who throughout the entire stay met my needs with great cordiality. Thank you.

The apartment was amazing, really clean. The town centre was only a quick fifteen-minute walk away. The host was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The only minor issue we had was the sofa bed which was really creaky during the night. Apart from that would definitely recommend!

Recently refurbished rooms with excellent furnishings. The owner cares a lot about the house and it shows in the details, from the preparation for the arrival of a new guest with everything needed in its place and well organized, to the clean scent that you breathe as soon as you enter. Yes, cleanliness, combined with furniture in like-new condition, is the greatest strength: all thanks to Mrs. Renza, who is very ambitious and cares a lot about making the guest who will stay there for a few days have a peaceful stay and want to return as soon as possible. Strategic location for walking to the city center, free parking not easy to find unless you go beyond a 2 km radius or available for a fee near the accommodation. Ground floor accommodation, bright but with a view of the courtyard of the adjacent private medical facility. In conclusion: I was in Bologna for work, I had a great time and will definitely return for both the house and the availability, kindness, and friendliness of the owner who ensured perfect assistance throughout the stay.
