Description

On Via Emilia Ovest, in the Madonnina neighborhood, halfway between the city center and the Modena Nord highway exit, in the oldest building in the neighborhood, recently renovated, we offer:
- single rooms;
- double rooms;
- triple rooms.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

We also have a more affordable double room with a private bathroom located opposite the bedroom.

Every room features a TV, refrigerator, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hairdryer, and safe. Espresso coffee, microwave ovens, and a washing machine are always available.

Ample free parking is available next to the apartment. The bus stop is right outside the apartment. Buses 9 and 9/a run to and from the train station.

Pets are welcome.

Check-in is from 1: 00 PM to 12: 00 AM.

Check-out is by 11: 00 AM.

Within 150 meters, you'll find bars, pizzerias, and restaurants, some of which are excellent, as well as a supermarket and shops for all your needs.

We have an agreement with the Le Chat Bar located on the ground floor, which provides a 20% discount on their price list. They prepare a breakfast for our customers that includes:
- Hot beverage
- Juice
- Pastry
- Bread, butter, and jam.

The bar is closed on Sundays.

However, inside the facility, espresso coffee and a microwave are always available.

Using the savings from my two jobs (one in psychiatry and the other in an industrial company), I bought and renovated my house. Now, with the profits from my hospitality business, I finance the most intense and satisfying activity of my life: two humanitarian missions, one in Albania and one in Uganda.

In Albania, I have been helping some very poor families for a long time and have built important friendships with them. In Uganda, I am trying to promote the development of a small village where 130 people live.

None of them had a job, and they survived on what little they could cultivate. I opened a small mechanical workshop and a breeding business for them. I also sent over 15 children to study in small and simple colleges and support their families' income.

In Uganda, I also initiated a literacy project in a juvenile prison, where a teacher is always available to help 40-50 detained boys. The most severe cases are assisted by starting them on a path to education or work and providing them with housing.

I want to thank all my clients for giving me the opportunity to live this intense experience of complete joy!

Room rather old with a poorly functioning bathroom. Cleanliness was satisfactory. On the first evening both the coffee machine and the kettle or microwave indicated in the listing were missing; after reporting it, on the second day I found a kettle in the room. Despite signs prohibiting smoking on the property, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room and especially in the corridor. The host was kind in responding to requests. The price was a bit high for the quality of the room.

We stayed for just one night, but the room was fully equipped and comfortable for visiting both the city center and the highway. The only downside for the summer, having slept with the windows open and being on the first floor, was that the night was quite noisy.

As for location, the property was convenient for me given its proximity to the highway. I only recommend the property to those who need to stay overnight quickly. Friendly owner. Everything was done via phone for check-in and key handover, even though I don't prefer that. Not completely satisfied!

The important thing about a stay is that it is clean, and this one is extremely clean. For short stays, it is very good, they have essential shops nearby and it is very accessible.

Property is good and in a very good location. The interior is simple but all necessary facilities are available. The only comment from my side, if you have heavy luggage and are not a good weight lifter, then you need help. There is no lift. \n\nLocation is very promising, as soon as you come down in the evening, you either go left or right you can see lively places and there are many restaurants. \n\nAnd please ensure that the check-out time is clearly agreed.

Unfortunately, we were unable to sleep due to the constant coming and going of people living in the building; it is not a Hotel (there is no sign), nor is it a Bed-And-Breakfast (no breakfast offered inside); it is more like an 'AirBnB without a kitchen' with people renting the rooms monthly, it is a single apartment divided into several rooms so very very noisy in the evening, at night and from 5:30 in the morning, you can hear the neighbor's radio, constant door slamming and even screams... The parking is not private and is not adjacent to the structure. The air conditioning is not included in the price and you have to add 4€ in total. The small fridge is not quiet, we had to turn it off and therefore could not use it. On the positive side, we can note that the room is large and clean, the manager, who did not welcome us, is friendly, there is a hairdryer. In short, 65€ is very expensive for the service and the quality/price ratio is not good. We do not recommend this place.
